Looks like everyone is doing great!! Down another pound today yay! Last night I was so proud of myself. I am a pizza lover, my husband and son ordered pizza and I made my own! Pepperoni, cheese, and a very low carb pizza sauce I found! I did feel like I ate a bit too much of it but at least it was low carb! And DELICIOUS!

Pat and Passion - You both are doing great! I just recently had a 8 day streak where I had the same number on the scale. It will start going down again, just keep up the good work!

I have decided to post yesterdays menu from now on so I can see what affected my weight for today. I think everyone has to find what works for them. I seem to have found that this week for as long as it works. When it stops working I guess I have to find the next thing that works

B (late): Coffee w/ 2 T HWC, 1 T CO, and 2 splenda & 3 fried eggs w/ 2 pork sauage patties
S: 1/4 cup HWC w/ 1 T sf davinci chocolate and 1/4 T powdered cocoa - YUM!
D: 4 oz pork roast w/ 1 T bbq sauce

Lots of water!! (11 - 8 oz cups)

Starting over

evening ladies, I'm starting over, didn't manage to stay on track which is so not like me.

So I've had a really good day today - positive mental attitude as I know I can do this!

January goal 155 weight today 162.4

Food diary

Scrambled eggs make with butter and cheese plus 4 strips of bacon
Celery sticks with pâté and cheese
Ham and cream cheese roll ups on a bed of green salad with LC honey mustard dressing

Several coffees with HWC and lots of water

Well done everyone - keep up the great work! I'm back to work tomorrow but will check in tomorrow night - good luck all xx

Hi Ladies
Hoping I can join in with you this month. I am back on the adkins wagon and hoping to be down to 145ish by the end of the month. (currently 150lbs) I have done low carb before and had minimal success but I am going to try again. My body just doesn't want to lose unless I stop eating period!! I did the HHCG thing last year and lost but within 6 months put it back on. I love to read all the threads and looks for great ideas from everyone. Hopefully once in a while I can add a few ideas of my own that might be helpful.

I don't think I've posted weight yet. Jan 1st I was still carrying around all kinds of water weight from holiday pigging out! I keep a spreadsheet to keep track of daily weight, and I log my food every day (again) to keep accountable and keep on track. I don't have a goal for Jan 31 except to weigh less than I do today.

ok, I'm back and starting today....Day 1:

B: I didn't eat breakfast, feeling really bloated today
1 diet Snapple Peach Tea(Singles to go), 32 oz water
L: large salad with boiled chicken and ranch, 32 oz water
D: 2 egg cheese/ham omelet

I forgot to weigh this morning, have gotten so out of the habit. I will weigh in the morning for my start weight. I am so ready to do this and to get to know everyone! I think I will set my January goal for 210. I believe I weigh close to 217 or 218.

I am learning to love water, but it's COLD in Wisconsin, so I've also discovered that almost any flavor of Crystal Light (even the Margarita mix!) is great with hot water!

Evening ladies, well despite my 100% day yesterday I was up a pound this morning to 163.4 I'm sure my weight is always a day behind so really hope I'm down tomorrow?

100% day again today.....

Scrambled eggs made with butter and cheese
Tuna on a green salad with red peppers and LC dressing
2 turkey scalopes with a large salad with ranch dressing

Snacks were a baby bell cheese, and a ham and celery roll up, several coffees with HWC and lots of water.

Was back to work (I teach 3-4 y/o's) so was very busy so hopefully that will show on the scales tomorrow!

Well done to you all, everyone seems to be doing soooo well

Will check in tomorrow - good luck ladies xxxx
