Thanks guys.. It IS a big difference! I think my legs are skinny enough, but geesh i still have a ROLL around my middle and i want a smaller bust!! Ah... I remember the days when i didn't have to wear minimizer bras and underwires!!

My waist line is Still big! Hate it! But as soon as i'm cleared by my Dr i'll be working on that and thighs! My bust line went Way down! The one place I didn't want to lose Lol

LOL... Yeah, that hasn't happened to me yet, but it's the only place my BF doesn't want me to lose either. ;-) Well, he doesn't mind if I lose or not as long as I'm happy, but he demands I keep my bum and boobs lol.

Lost 40 pounds back then and maintained for almost 8 years...then carb creep crept. I've always been low carb, but went hard core again in March 2012.

I got home yesterday and was unsure if dgd was coming or not, dsil brings her if he has to be at his second job on some days before my dd gets off work. Well, sure enough, I had only been walking about 10 minutes when he brought her, so I took her in the office with me and sat her down in her little beanbag chair with a magazine and a sucker and started walking again....very very very hard to entertain a 2 year old while on a treadmill. She was trying to imitate me walking by scooting her feet back and forth, was so funny, but I finally got finished. I didn't get to make my soup last night, started it and realized I had thrown out my cream because it had expired(I cleaned the fridge Saturday). SOOO... I cooked some cole slaw mix in butter and had a ham/creamcheese/pickle roll up. Weird combination I know, but I was full and that's all that mattered.

Goals for today, walk 30 minutes(increase of 10 mins), drink 64+ oz water, stay on plan!

Today's menu:

B: bacon and eggs
L: salad I brought from home and homemade ranch
D: baked pork chop, spinach
S: boiled egg and slice of cheese

Everyones doing great!!! Hope you all have a great day!

I had to get up WAY too early to go cover an FDA panel on a new COPD drug. For lunch, they sell salads, and that's all i've had today. Probably make a little one-egg omelet in a few minutes......or not. I have to go back tomorrow to cover another drug. meh.

Good morning all!!! Congrats Lori!!!

DQ, I was wondering the same thing, what is your profession?

Dr appt today. EGD showed esophageal reflux, which I knew, and Gastritis, which I had no idea what that was. One of the things that could cause it was overuse of aspirin and ibuprofen. I have horrible headaches, sometimes daily, so am an avid user of Advil. Will have to ask her if there is something else I can take in place of that for my headaches, or maybe find out what is causing them. I've been plagued with headaches my whole life.

Increased my walking yesterday to 30 minutes. I get so bored, caught myself looking at the time about every two minutes even with the tv on. Wish I enjoyed it more.

Today's goals: 30 mins walking, 64+ oz water

Today's menu:

B: bacon and eggs
L: not sure, maybe salad from Sonic on way back from Dr
D: tuna melt, green beans
