Recent Discovery
Last Thursday, a friend and I had a good workout at the gym. I'd gotten home, showered, and was just thinking about what to eat -- nothing was ready, and I had nothing I could make quickly -- when the phone rang.
Same friend, inviting me and the kids to the pool. "I'd love to, but... I haven't EATEN!" Not to be put off so easily, she had a solution: She'd just found "Buffalo wing" chicken meatballs at Trader Joe's. She brought me some. I checked the label, and dug in. They were TOTALLY induction friendly, and SOOOOO good!!! I highly recommend them for a quick snack... or better still, use some ground chicken, bleu cheese, and hot sauce to make your own! |

Sounds amazing! I looked on TJ's website for some Nutrition Info, couldn't find the product. Do you remember the "specs" of this delectable dish, miss Griffin? Net carbs, rather?
Thank you for the mouth-watering post! Luke |

They were pre-cooked... Serving size was 4 meatballs (which was VERY satisfying, and remember, I was post-workout), with 1 net carb.
I'll be going to Trader Joe's the day after tomorrow, and will most likely be picking some up, so I can get you the full "skinny" on it them. But for a grab-and-go thing when you're starving, this was quite a find! |

We're lucky enough to have a Trader Joe's not too far from us. We love their products and I'll definitely be trying those Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, thanks so much for getting back to me

Most places that have hotwings are fair game. I've never been kicked out of ketosis eating hotwings. However be careful with the dressings, BBQ (and a lot of the other common flavors) have a ton of sugar in them.

OMG! Trader Joes is on my list for Saturday when I drop DS off at camp grandma. That is yet another thing to add to my list. Love love love Trader Joes. Funny, I used to love it for their wine, chips, and chocolate. Now I love them other stuff.
