Starting Atkins AGAIN

So here I am. 36 in 2 weeks and starting Atkins for the second time in 6 months. I started at 167 and lost 4lbs right before starting induction strictly. I was down to 153 and now back to 158.
I am getting married in September and want to be atleast back to 140. My best friend is getting married in 2 weeks and I'm hoping to lose 5 lbs by then.
I stalled in induction despite exercise and water intake. Its so frustrating. I keep putting off going to the dr as I'm quite sure I have a candida build up and may have inherited my mother's tyhroid issues. It really makes me sad and depressed. Anyone else out there in the same boat as me?
