One Minute Muffins on Induction??

Im starting induction today, and just had some coffee and a OMM and boy did that fill me up! This will be a piece of cake if these are allowed on induction, I was pretty sure they were, but just wanted to make sure! If not I guess I'll just have to re-start tomorrow!

I've never heard of one minute muffins! Depending on what's in them, they may or may not be advised during Induction. I myself officially started induction today too, and am following the meals pretty strictly. But if you go ingredient by ingredient, it may be allowed (I'm just not sure right off the bat because I have no clue what the OMM's are technically haha)

Lol thank you! They are basically just muffins made out of ground flax meal, with all the ingredients there is only 1 net gram of carbs, it feels like I'm cheating and eating regular bread with them! Very satisfying

Hi A'smommy! In the newest version of the Doctor Atkins' New Diet Revolution, he says you can have flax in induction, but keeping to a couple tablespoons and also keep a close eye on your losses, cause it may stall some people. Hope this helps!
