Some people like sugar free jello, maybe with a little cream on it.
Other people like cream cheese whipped up with a bit of sweetener.

However, some people do better completely eliminating anything sweet. After a while the cravings pass, and all food tastes sweeter!

Thanks. I was doing bars and shakes and was thinking that this could be my reason for stall. Would I also need to cut equal. I used it in my coffee twice a day.

It stalls some people, others are fine. You might have to experiment with or without it to see whats best for you!

Cream Cheese Muffins are my new favorite addiction with a dollop of whipped cream. You can find the recipe in the recipe thread. They are extremely simple to make.

I have been making that coconut oil bark and use that when I crave sweets. It really isn't that sweet, but gives the chocolate feeling and the sweet feeling. Do a search on the coconut oil bark recipes and there are a bazillion. I've tried it 4 or 5 different ways and am trying a new one when I make a new batch, but a batch lasts a month at least. Oh, I limit it to one serving and not every day.

I like to make the "Mock Danish" using DiVinci's strawberry syrup mixed with cream cheese and 1 egg. It tastes like a cheesecake and it is easy to make and if you have a microwave you can nuke it. I put mine in an oven for about 10 minutes or less.

Sugarfree JELLO!
Believe it or not, I had NEVER tried jello before, and I decided to give it a shot when someone mentioned it being a cure for a "sweet tooth" fix! I am now hooked (raspberry is my favorite!)

What I do is take the Atkins bars (coconut chocolate or brownie nut) and cut them up into four pieces and place them in a ziptop baggie. When I have a sweet craving I just have one.

Yes, I know the bars tend to stall folks, but I figure the quantity is relatively small.

I also do the same thing with a low carb chocolate bar my hubby found at Trader Joe's.

Here is a quick easy recepie you can make, it happened to me as an accident, as I tried to make something else.

1 can coconut milk, open it and leave it over night in the fridge, by the morning it should have thickened, whisk 1/4 cup + table spoon of cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla extract and your sweetener (mine is xylitol) according to the sweetnes you like whisk it all together and voila, you've got chocolate mouse, unless the coconut didn't turn thick, as mine, but hence mine didn't I just, boiled the kettle poured about half - a cup hot water and mixed a bag of gelatin powder in it, when it was totally mixed I poured it in the first mixture and whisked it - choclate jello

When I'm feeling that way, I just take a couple of tbs of sugar free pudding and mix it with a 1/2 cup of whipping cream...stir...let fridge for about 5 minutes..and have a sweet snack full of calcium.

quick and easy-
I restarted induction after a week cheat and am literally having sugar withdrawal anxiety , as well as the "induction grumpies" . this recipes literally saves lives (specifically- my kids and DH's, lol!) It is from Lindas Low Carb Recipes- google it - she's got a great web site. I think there is a link somewhere on LCF. Just take 8 oz cream cheese and 1/2 C butter, whip together with Splenda (to taste) and flavoring(vanilla, almond etc..i just made some with lemon) you can drop them onto a plate/ parchment and set in the freezer or I spread into a square, freeze then cut into blocks. I didn't have enough crm cheese today so I halved the recipe..still made enough for a few days worth. It's like .5 carb/candy

cream cheese clouds...i think. It's under desserts. If you are really inspired you can drizzle with a chocolate ganache
