Quad Cramps

The cramping in my quads is terrible. I've been taking potassium 99mg at least 2x per day. Does anyone else experience this on induction. This round it has been worse that ever!

YES! Oh my, leg cramps are killer on LC!

The Best advice I can give is a multivitamin - because potassium might help, but Magnesium is what saved me in the end. Good Luck!

I have some in the house.
How much?
I read that dehydration can cause this, too.
I have been downing water, but it isn't helping much.

I don't know - I use a daily women's multivitamin and it seems to do the trick... think about adding some sodium to that water, too, you can get cramps from low sodium.

When you're dehydrated, you're down potassium. Drinking plain water won't replace it.

Make sure your supplement has potassium in it, and eat some dill pickles. (Pickles are the quick on-the-spot fix for the mineral dehydration.)

Thanks everyone. I was actually eating a bunch of pickles and stoped recently. I do drink at least 1.5 cups a coffee every day, will try a bit more.
Thanks, Carly
