Post your meals! LET'S HELP HOLD EACH OTHER ACCOUNTABLE!

I'm starting Induction tomorrow and I thought this would be a great way to stay on track... Let's help hold each other accountable by posting our meals for the day!!!

I know this helps me! And it's a great way to find other meals to try!

Thanks everyone!!!!

Just for an example, tomorrow morning should look something like this:

2 eggs - 1.2 carbs
protein shake with water - 4 carbs
half a cucumber in vinegar- 1 carb
TOTAL: 6.2 carbs

Yesterday I know I didn't eat alot (VERY rare for me!) and I'm not great at counting carbs but here goes:

B- coffee/ HC & 3 splendas, pizza chicken (3 T of SF tomato sauce, 9 pepperoni, ~1/4 cup mozz. cheese)

L- Atkins peanut butter cups-2 net carbs, 6 slices turkey bacon (2 carbs)

D- 1/2 lb of ground beef with 1/2 cup mozz. cheese and 1/4 cup mayo,
coffee/ HWC & 2 splendas

and maybe 35 oz. of watered down crystal lite ( i hate plain water)

as you can see I have trouble with vegetables (actually have none in my fridge so i need to go shopping) among other issues. I am really not as diligent as other people on these forums heh but i doubt the point of this thread is to post only your amazing days right?

I probably didn't eat enough today. That is sometimes a problem for me on Atkins. Oops.

B - two cheese sticks
L - nothing
D - two bowls of low carb taco salad with ground turkey followed by a small cup of coffee with heavy cream and a dash of no sugar caramel flavored syrup for "dessert"
