Waves to capricapers. Jumping right in with today's meal plan. I know my carbs are higher than most here. The BFC plan has 15 sugar/day and 6 carb servings (less than 120g). I'm usually in the 40-80g/day range.

Wed 2/22 Sugar/Carb/Fiber/Protein/Calories = 4/81/31/1060
B: Protein Shake 30g Nectar Sweets S/C/F = 0/0/0
S: muffin in a mug half, turkey w/ cream cheese S/C/F = .37/14/7.6

Planned
L: Milton's Braised Beef & Barley w/ spinach & Mushrooms S/C/F = 1/25/4
S: Bug Juice no blueberries S/C/F = 1/9/5
D: Chia Ricotta Bowl Breakfast no whipped cream S/C/F = 1/19/8
S: muffin in a mug half S/C/F = .37/13.6/8

MAJOR family drama today sooooo I was on plan for breakfast...missed lunch due to aforementioned drama. scarfed the ribs down then ...went off plan a bit. I had taco salad (and yes I ate half the bowl)
and a chile relleno (which I didn't think would be that bad i mean egg. cheese//pepper and sauce. but i looked it up online and it runs like 68 carbs
i am going to focus on.....it was only ONE meal and doesn't have to turn into two and three and four! also I managed to stay away from sugar which is my "gateway drug". and in a couple days i will be right back into ketosis and burning fat.

It's good that you are having a positive attitude about this. Instead of letting it get you down or derail your whole plan you realize we all mess up sometimes but it's not the end of the world. Nice job keeping it to one meal!

You can do it! Just make a yummy sauce for the recipe room or one of your own to mask the flavor if you don't like it. Good luck!

Well I went to spin class this morning came home and planned on fixing eggs. Only 2 left and I know my husband will want them. There was only one coffee pod too :/ so I used it. Thought that was fair

B: leftover chicken in sun dried tomato sauce from recipe room and coffee
Plan for day:
L: spinach salad with grilled chicken and some veggies
D: ?
S: string cheese

I need to plan my menu. I don't cheat unless it is planned which is good but it would be helpful to have a fridge full of options. I need to go to the store and do some planning.

<3
Thu 2/23 S/C/F = 9/4/31
S/C/F/P/C = 9/57/31/83/990
B: Protein Shake 30g Nectar Sweets
S: Mock Cream of Wheat: I found this, it was great!
Original recipe:
http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...-creation.html
My version:
In a small Magic Bullet:
1 T ground flax seeds
1/2 C Konjac Shiratake pearls (well rinsed and drained)
1 pkt Spenda
1 T heavy cream
I added:
1/2 tsp almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil

S: Bug Juice ala oro: Into a handled Magic Bullet container:
1/2 T chia seeds, some water, 1/4 cucumber, 1/2 T Barleans Greens, 2 handfuls spinach, fill the rest of the cup with more water and blend until smooth. Affectionately called Green Goop.

L: Mac and Cheese Tofu 360 ala oro
S: muffin in a mug, half
D: Thai Talay Yellow Shrimp and Spinach Curry
S: muffin in a mug, half

I make the plan at the beginning of the week. It almost never stays the same. But if everything goes wonky I don't have to think.

Aww Hun, it's a journey and it will last a lifetime to stay slim. Can't be done overnight or in a month or two or three. Be kind to yourself - looking at your stats, you're halfway there already!

Really, it's not the falling down - it's the getting back up!!

Yesterday must have been the stress binging day!!. Glad to see everyone has those moments(and hours!)
Putting mine up and then actually posting what I was going to do (get back on plan)and not do (stress out about 1 meal out of 60 ) really helped me. I watered it up today (my poor poor bladder) and stayed on track! normally i would have cycled back to carby sugary foods.

B:2 eggs (OE)/ three slices bacon (still the crappy shriveled up kind!)coffee and greens+
L: plain fried chicken wings (chinese place near me makes them great. nothing on them but they are delish) little bit of house soup. saved most for lunch tomorrow.
D: baked chicken and broccolli under cheese, greens+

Yep Like 45 seconds to a minute or so - have it covered as it tends to 'spit' all over the place. That's probably a good way to know it's done. It's so good!

I saw you were down the road from me in another beach town - teeny world sometimes huh? We just moved here from AZ two years ago for business. We need snow! So in about four or five years we plan on moving back west. Ahhh, powdery snow!

Stress binging? Figure it's gonna happen - do it - and get back up. It might just happen with us all. When mine happens - I'll put it out there too. That's what this place is for after all.

passion, by putting it out there you are only helping others realize it happens to everyone. by putting it out there you are only going to be surrounded by people who have ALL been there.

good job on the recovery today- you have a plan, and ive seen your meals- i know you can do it! just tough it out so you dont fall off completely!

Aww Hun, it's a journey and it will last a lifetime to stay slim. Can't be done overnight or in a month or two or three. Be kind to yourself - looking at your stats, you're halfway there already!
