^^^ does that seem like enough food/fat/calories to you guys??? i would have 2 turkey burgers if i do come home (i believe they are 15g of fat each)... crap i wanted to have spinach too, since my legs have been aching alot and i think its caused from lack of potassium....
sigh i never know when to eat and when not to!

I forgot to post yesterdays meal! I'm very proud to say i resisted my DH's tries to thwart my ketosis!!

B: 2 fried eggs (using the coconut oil) 2 slice s bacon, coffee w/creamer
s:couple pepperoni/s and a mozzerella cheese stick.
L&D:Went to Outback for early dinner/late lunch (been craving a good steak!) Had the steak, shrimp and scallop meal sans baked potatoe and mango salsa. Had a ceasar salad -no caesar dressing-blue cheese drsg on the side and gave the croutons to my son, I ordered some tiger dill sauce with the steak ( sour cream horseradish and dill)

HH and DS had fried mushrooms and three loaves bread and thunder down under for dessert. I was surprised that I wasn't tempted at all. I think because I really wanted a steak and got what I wanted

I made one of the weight loss tickers but can't figure out how to post it on this bb. Anyone have any idea how to do it? I tried pasting the code in for a signatur but it didn't work. I'm so UNtecchy!

You'll have such a great time! We went a several years back (lived in Europe then) and it was a neat experience - different than say Disneyland or World. I liked the dragon that is in the dungeon at the Cinderella house - very cool. Just the Loire valley alone where Disney is located is beautiful and it was covered in red flowers when we were there.

I'd love to go to Disney Tokyo!

I think you have to have at least 60 posts before you can post a ticker.

i dont think i could do it. for one, i love coffee too much. and can you use butter and salt then? unfortunately food plays such a big role in my daily life, even on atkins although i control it more, that something so plain seems evil haha

im sitting here eating a big bowl of spinach bc i cannot stand these lower leg aches any longer... its constant now (i mean, it will fade and get stronger throughout the day but its every day) and i posted a thread about it and someone said it was from low potassium. well i take the 99mg potassium supplements now and a multivitamin and it didnt do anything. so tonight i have a huge test to study for and i already know i wont be able to concentrate so im eating the spinach hoping it will help could the aches be caused by anything else?? has anyone had this consistently? i think im going to post this in a couple places...

I thought you could have butter, coffee, salt even a little cream. Think it was mainly.avoiding veg, people seem to lose a pound a day. Have no idea about leg cramps but i do eat alot of veg so that may have staved my cramps.

Lavajane, good for you for maintaining your focus at Outback! Reminds me of a few weeks ago, when our server put my friend's BD cake down right in front of me. No urge to eat it, not even one bite! I think it, too, was because we'd just eaten at a killer steakhouse. And, cute avatar, BTW!!

~~~~~~~
Today's intake:
Water, coffee w 1 Splenda and cream
1/2 cup cottage cheese w nuts
1slice cheese, 1 slice roast beef w spicy ranch
(avoided a huge urge to go off plan.)
1/2 can chicken w onion and garlic powder, chopped black olives and pickles, mayo
Tonight we're having homemade enchiladas from the freezer. They are made from regular corn tortillas, but I'll pick around them.
Water all day. Vitamin c, d, calcium, flax seed.
I never thought to look at my Publix. That may be a good thing - lol. Even if this turns out not to be some HG for me - I can use it topically. I adore the scent of coconut - so it's all good. I read tonight that some find coconut oils to be challenging for their triglycerides and HDL
Yea, they had it down the road at the brick and mortar shop. Several varieties (must be a big business) but via that link I can get a goodly percentage back/free shipping -- so why not.
(probably bc i think of it as a side, so wheres the meal?!? )
hmmm, think i need some willpower right now...
