Hey, I'm glad you bumped this! I might've missed it, lisap!

B: two poached eggs with melted colby jack cheese, coffee with cinnamon, Half and half and a sweet and low (is the pink stuff the one we're supposed to avoid?)
L: salad (hearts of romaine, some shredded broccoli, and cucumber slices), ranch dressing, two pork/beef sausages with mustard
D: not sure yet... ask me later. I cooked last night- might not tonight!
S: celery dipped in rotisserie chicken salad (love this stuff!) 4g per serving. only packed one in my lunchbox so I don't eat it all!

This is a great thread for induction newbies like myself!

B: 2 oopsies with cheese and salami, 1 lemon fat bomb
L: 1 lemon fat bomb. 0,2 carbs
D: pork tenderloin with cauliflower and butter
S: 2,5 peanut, 1 cup cocoa (1 tsp CO, 1/2c HWC, 1 tbsp cocoa, water, ez-sweet)

Not sure about my counts, but it's probably not bad

Not sure about the rest of the day. All we have are mostly carbs in the house and no money to buy groceries until Friday.

I have plain, sf yogurt and some berries and almonds but none of that is induction, sooo... i dunno.

Thank God for this thread! I am on day 3 and I am feeling guilty about the fat.

I will definitely contribute to this thread. On another note, does anybody have low back discomfort - despite drinking 86+oz of water?

LUNCH - grilled chicken + romain lettuce with creamy ceasar dressing

SNACK - Hawaii Kona coffee with coconut oil + chocolate PB fat bomb
*16 oz water (2 cups) with each meal & with snack

I usually only eat two meals per day.

Meal one - two boiled hot dogs (<1 carb per link), Two fiber gummies (<1 net carb).

Snack - five turkey peperoni slices and 2 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese.

Meal Two - chicken breast (baked) with cauliflower and broccoli (sauteed with butter)
