Tilly, I love your list! Good job! And your homemade dressing sounds delicious! Congratulations on the smaller size jeans, and new size!!!

I was thinking this morning, as I was assembling items to bring to make chicken wrap-ups for lunch at the office today, I love this WOE, because it allows us to experiment with food; foods that really don't leave us deprived.

Wow.... I like the sound of the yummy foods posted here. I need to be more creative with what I cook. I am stuck in a recipe rut

breakfast: flamin hot nuts, coke zero

lunch: linda's low carb chili w/ cheese, water

dinner: pan seared tilapia w/ onions

Boiled eggs, must, mayo, 1 sausage patty
3 Romaine leaves w/ canned chicken, chopped olives, pesto mayo, vit b
Mock potato salad
Mozz, pepperoni, pork rinds, sour cream, roast beef, pesto mayo
Cocktails
Vit c, d, e, calcium, BC. & allergy pills
Down 1.6 LBS today.

Coffee, HWC, Splenda, SF caramel syrup
5 pumpkin cookies (made w/ sugar and Splenda)
Boiled egg
Pepperoni w/ shredded cheddar
4 slices Linda's low carb deep dish pizza w/ ranch
cocktails
Vit c, d, e, calcium, BC & allergy pills before bed
Up 2 pounds today. I'm allowing myself to slip. Time to refocus.

I guess you slipped, not sure as you only had 2 meals, but sure sounds yummy? (Oops, probably not supposed to say that, )

Anyway, nothing new here except for D- cod fish covered with 8-seed crust by buttoni. Think I'll have some cauliflower with it.

today:

b- same, yogurt with fiber cracker and water
l- same, large salad with grilled chicken, hot tea
s- leftovers of steamed cauliflower and piece of codfish (see link I posted above)
oh, made some raspberry cream cheese muffins yesterday evening w/o the actual raspberries (used the sf rasp. syrup), so I'm sure they will figure into my eating somewhere today.

Despite the fact I did cardio and the weight machine yesterday, and had ((TMI WARNING!!)) poopfest 2012, I am still up a pound today. This is what too many calories and carbs do to me.

Coffee, HWC, Splenda, sausage, cheddar
Pork rinds, cream cheese, sliced deli corned beef, horseradish
Pork ribs w/ mayo, caul, butter
Vit c, d, e, calcium, flax seed, BC & allergy pills.
Water all day. 1089 cals, 76% fat, 20% pro, 4% carbs. Down .6 pound this AM.

Tracking food, etc., may seem obsessive to outsiders, but I learned last week, if I don't, it results in a gain.

1242 Cal, 15 carbs, 78% fat, 17% pro, 5% carbs, down 2 pounds today.

Haven't posted in this thread in a while. Going to enter everything I eat here as a food log to hold myself accountable.

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs in butter. Diet Dr pepper

Snack: pickle

Lunch: 2 Turkey burger patties with cheese , mustard, reduced sugar ketchup.
Water

Snack: sugar free jello with whipped cream

Guys!! I love this thread! Unfortunately I've eaten awful today! AKA I haven't eaten at all! I plan to document what I eat here as soon as I eat something.

I HAVE had 64 oz of water and 12 oz of black coffee with a bit of fake sweetner!

Lunch: A sandwich of shaved ham, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo on toasted herbed flax bread with water.
Dinner: Planning on tuna patties with mayo/dill and buttered green beans with water to drink.
