Hi guys!

Bacon and eggs for breakfast and then I pretty much graze all day during work: fresh broccoli, cauliflower and snap peas, ham and swiss cheese slices, one Atkins bar. For dinner I always fry up canned chicken in lots of butter and salt and pepper and make either green beans or broccoli to go with it.

Thank you! Look at your weight loss stats! You're doing so great!

I've been eating the same things every day for five days. Do you guys think it's a bad thing not to switch up your menu, even if you're losing weight on it? I've lost 5 pounds so far.

Thank you, DramaticM! And on your 5 pounds!!!

I've heard both ways: Some eat the same thing so as to not deviate from the menu plan and risk taking in more calories/carbs. I've also read articles by so called "experts" eating the same thing puts us at risk for getting bored and subsequent binging.

What I do is batch cook, and change it up a bit during the week. For instance, last Sunday I made mock potato (cauliflower!) salad and have been eating that once a day since, either at lunch or as a snack. I also made Linda's White Castle pie (both recipes are on this forum) and have been eating that for lunch or supper. And boiled eggs of course. Oh, and I made a chicken crust low carb pizza Tuesday night and have been eating that as well. Last night I boiled 5 beef hot dogs which will feed me for 3 meals.

What really helped me, and kick started my loss again over the summer, is to track my calories and carbs on an online site. There are several to choose from. We can't post some on this forum, so feel free to PM me.

Hi fluffy!!

I had the same question! From what I've deduced, fat bombs are a cousin to a cream cheese cloud. There is no one recipe and can be made from a combination of ingredients. More info on the fat bomb and 80/15/5 WOE can be found on the weight loss plans under "other".

My PB fat bombs:
1/3 cup PB
1/3 tub cream cheese
1/3 stick butter
Once things are at room temp, mix. Place on wax paper in the freezer. I eat after thawing for one minute. Yum!!

Hey Passion

Looks like you are doing great with your menu. Glad to see that adding more fat has helped you drop more weight. Do you ever make the flax muffins or pancakes? I have made them and I must not be doing something right because they taste HORRIBLE to me and everyone always talks about how good they are. Just looking for ways to increase fiber.

Today's Food:

Breakfast: egg mcmuffin (no muffin), coffee w/ splenda

Lunch: grilled chicken, green beans w/ hot sauce, water

Dinner: Linda's low carb chili w/cheese, coke zero

I haven't tried them, only because I don't have the ingredients. I trust your judgement and taste, though.. I had a personal life upset today, so the old binge ways kicked in tonight. BUT, it was reflected in a can of green beans just now.
