Hi everyone. I have still been plagued by a headache today. So hopefully I won't have one tomorrow. Feels like it is starting to taper off but still lingering. Neezie the Chile Relleno Casserole sounds really tasty. I will have to try that one.

Today

Breakfast: (I have got to stop skipping meals!)

Lunch: 1/2 linda's low carb stuffed bell peppers

Dinner: 1/2 linda's low carb stuffed bell peppers

**Not much variety today. But I had it pre-cooked so at least I had something hot ready to go when I got home from work. With 2 kids sometimes I find myself really challenged for time. I precooked their Spaghetti yesterday as well so they would have dinner ready too. Now if I can get breakfast planned better I will be doing great.

Fluffy, I like to boil about 6 eggs and keep them in my fridge so I can grab 2 in the morning. Sometimes I eat them by themselves and other times I devil them (just mayo and a bit of mustard added). They also have already cooked bacon at the grocery store but I haven't tried that yet. If you're in a hurry though it might be something you may like to try. I used to skip breakfast all the time but then I finally realized that I'm not keeping my metabolism working if I don't eat something...it all goes back to changing my mindset from eating because I enjoy something, to eating for fuel purposes.

Fluffy, hope your headache is gone. Yes, the chile relleno casserole is beyond delicious. Also, thanks to Fluffy responding to another thread, I am going to change up my meals after today.

B- One flax muffin with butter, coffee with cream.
L small chicken Caesar salad
S- One hardboiled egg
D- Taco Salad. Flax muffin with cream cheese.

(Does anyone know of ways to stay regular besides flax muffins? When I don't eat the flax muffin, I don't go to the bathroom. LOL)

I take magnesium. I used to take the liquid Milk of Magnesia, but got to where that chalkiness just gagged me, so I switched to the MoM pills. But they are so pricey. So now I just buy over the counter magnesium. I take at least 1000mg daily. You could experiment with the dosage to find what works for you. And magnesium has amazing health benefits!

Fluffy,
I hope you are feeling better tonight. I got some Chorizo to cook as described in the food porn thread, alongside a scrambles egg - takes about 5 minutes to cook everything, and feels very indulgent. There are premade frozen omlettes that meet LC standards - just pop in the microwave. Frozen meatballs would be easy if you tire of eggs... hope this helps

D - 2 cheeseburger patties, mayo, onion

Chiming in to say I agree there is something to this staying regular thing. I was losing steadily since last Friday then hit a wall yesterday morning. I realized I hadn't had a BM for a few days. Well, I weighed myself before and after this mornng. An entire pound!

That is great Passion. Glad everthing came out okay I needed a good laugh. I had a root canal yesterday and it seems like the pain has gotten worse as the day has progressed. I just took some more ibuprofen. Hoping for relief soon. I really just wanted to eat mashed potatoes today and eat ice cream but I didn't.

Today's Food

Breakfast: 1 chicken sausage link stuffed w/ spinach & mozzarella, water

Lunch: slice of american cheese, coke zero

Dinner: broccoli w/ cheese. 4 hot wings, water (eating the wings was very hard but I was hungry and knew if I didn't eat I would be in trouble soon.)

Thank you, Fluffy! Regarding mashed potatoes, have you tried mashing cauliflower? True, not the same, but.... Hope you're out of pain soon.

How did you prep the stuffed sausage? Sounds delish!!

Unfortunately tooth is still killing me today. It can't last much longer though. I have never made the mashed cauliflower but I have heard others mention and will give it a try soon. The sausage comes that way. I get it at wal-mart where they have the hot dogs and other sausage. It is really yummy.

Today's Food:

Breakfast: chicken sausage stuffed with mozzarella and spinach, water

Snack: turkey and cheddar cheese from a lunchable. Water

Lunch: Tuna w/ teaspoon of mayo, 1/2 teaspoon dill relish, coke zero

Dinner: Salmon patty, piece of pan seared tilapia, broccoli w/ cheese, water

I ate more today than I usually eat, but I stayed on plan. My DH and our combined 3 children were taking a family trip today. We got up super early to go to a water park in Alabama. Well after the 2 1/2 hour trip we got there and the water park is closed for business and looks like it has been deserted for quite a while. We felt really bad that the kids were so excited to go and we had to turn around and come home. The web site made the water park look so good and never indicated that this establishment was no longer open for business. Well you can bet on our next trip we will actually call before going
