D: Better cheddar beef sausage w/ mustard, Romaine w/ cheddar, Mont Jack, black olives, a few almonds, blue cheese dressing, 1 frosted brownie
Water all day, vit c, a&e, calcium, BC and allergy pills before bed

Passion- I hope you can find your focus again! Maybe reading success stories or watching more low carb documentaries like " the men who made us fat" ( on YouTube) by bbc, or fat sick and nearly dead.

Breakfast: frittata 2 pc bacon

Lunch: salad with tuna 1 tbs mayo, slice of provolone little oil and vinegar

Snack: slice of cheddar with one slice ham lunch meat

Dinner: turkey burger patty with mashed cauliflower

I watched Fat Head on Netflix last night and it was very good!!! Eye opening.

Staying on track so far

Breakfast: Slim Jims with coke zero

Lunch: Lemon Pepper Wings , celery, water

Snack: Pork Rinds, coke zero

Dinner: 1/2 chicken breast, sour cream w/ salsa, 1 cup salad with cheese and bacon bits

Snack: 1 cup sf jello with whipped cream

Weight this morning 222.2


My cravings have gone down some and I so far have not experienced the induction flu. But today was only day 3 so we will see.

Today was day 4 of induction and today was REALLY tough not to give in and quit.... So far I have made it through.... I hope tomorrow gets easier

lunch: double cheeseburger (no bun), water

Dinner: chicken breast, 4 slices of tomato, 2 slices of swiss cheese

Snack: sf jello w/ whipped cream

Good job fluffy! I was in heavy ketosis but tested today and it's at light. I drank a lot of diet Pepsi yesterday and I never drink soda so I'm thinking that's what happened.

Breakfast: two cream cheese muffins

Snack: string chz

Lunch: salad and chicken vegetable soup

Dinner: steak n vegetables and... Cheesecake ( not on plan) it's a dinner cruise for my friends 24th bday but only a small piece

I thought I saw someone mention (in another thread) that if it's dark purple that means you're dehydrated...not sure if that's the truth, I've never used them. Do they come with instructions?
