Down 1.2 pounds from yesterday.

well i didnt really stick to this, for dinner i just had another huge portion of lunch just because it was already basically prepared. i didnt have a coffee but i did have SF chocolate instead. i am wanting another snack but i doubt anything thats on plan would be fulfilling so maybe not....

but the good part is we came THIS close to getting chinese takeout tonight! thank god we didnt although i am still craving it (doubt i will ever stop craving chinese food! )

Water all day, vit c, d, calcium, e, BC pill before bed

Hi all, anyone else here eating chia seeds?

B: chia seeds in 8oz almond milk, dash of cinnamon; coffee
Early lunch: bacon, 2 scrambled eggs
Early dinner: steak, broccoli & steamed spinach.

Heaps of water thru the day

Then working a night shift...I had an atkins bar as a snack with a coffee.

Came home, starving! Late snack:1 cup LC chicken broth and some ham slices with cheese.

I am sooooo hungry today. I am on day 3 of a restart, I think I have AF *again*, ugh. Not craving sugars but def have a headache and feel blah. Not so much fun for my little boys today, except I bought them what they wanted at the store just to keep them quiet! They were shocked!

B: Chia seeds in almond milk, 1 boiled egg, coffee
Snack: coffee...and emmentaler cheese
L: 1 cup lettuce with tuna, mayo and 1 tsp chia seeds. Cup of tea and a wasa cracker.
S:2 wasa crackers w/butter, cup LC chicken broth. Boiled egg.
Dinner: will be ground beef and veg.
Snack for after work tonight: chicken broth and boiled egg or cheese & ham.

I feel like I need 7 meals a day!

Hang in there moniruth, your appetite will probably take a drop soon, mine usually comes on the 4th or 5th day.

I have heard people mention chia seeds and always forget to try them out. I will have to look into them, are they a similar texture to oatmeal/grits?

Fasting until 7pm (well, that's the plan...if I make it that long). Not sure what I will be eating after that yet, something small so I don't go into a binge mode and feel too heavy after. Maybe shrimp and a salad.

Day 4 Induction

B- 1 slice colby cheese (.7), 1 slice american cheese (1.2) = 1.9 net carbs
L- 1 Jimmy John's Unwich (lettuce wrap, turkey, 3 roma tomato slices, mayo, dijon mustard, 2 slices provolone cheese)= 3.3 net carbs
hot dog (.8) w shredded cheddar cheese (1) and 2 tsp skyline chili (.5)= 2.3net carbs

Dinner- 3 eggs fried w 1 tsp butter (2.2), 4 sausage links (.8)= 3 net carbs

total for today: 10.5 net carbs

cant wait for 2 weeks away! Gonna get some SF Jello pudding w cool whip and mix it together for a AWESOME chocolate fix!!!!

Today went ok I think...

B chia seeds in almond milk with some Splenda, coffee
S boiled egg, two pork rinds ( just trying them...not sure if they're my fav)
L mixed green salad with chicken and balsamic dressing
S Greek yoghurt with chia seeds
D Atkins shake

I had to rush dinner and luckily had a shake in the fridge ready to go, or I would have been in trouble, had to go to work quicker than planned. I hope it doesn't make me gain, last year I had some bad times with the Atkins products.

Tomorrow is another day!!

YAY MC!! Almond flour pancakes, way to go! They sound delicious, am going to def use Almond flour asap.

Yesterday was OK, I can't remember everything I had but it from lunch on:

Was really nice, about 100g almond flour with 50-75ml almond milk, 1 beaten egg, some granular sweetener and a cap of vanilla extract.

Wish they sold sugar free maple syrup here

S- Atkins bar (we went to the zoo)
L- eggs again (!) with smoked salmon and dill sauce
S- cheese blocks
D- thai style sang choi bow (ground spiced beef in lettuce leaves)

OOOOOps...did I skip a day or two??? Time is flying.

B: 3 eggs, bacon, zucchini & cheese, coffee w/hwc
S: Flax & chia seed 'pancake' (flax & chia seeds, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp Splenda and cream all whipped together, cooked like a pancake. Delicious!!!!)
L: Burger patty melt + bacon, salad
S: Cheese
D; fish & asparagus & other veg.

YES! Atkins bars give me gas, unless I get them without gluten. Gluten is horrible! There is one without gluten that I found over here. Try it out.

B: Coffee w/ Splenda and table cream, 3 green lettuce leaves w/ deli chicken and mayo
S: Dr. A bar (no, I wasn’t hungry and wasn’t even thinking about these until I opened up the drawer where they’re kept)
L: Leftover hot dog, beer brat, and hamburger patty w/ must and mayo, water, vit b
D: 3 ranch Doritos (Leftover from DH's BD party, these are GONE! I sent them to work with him), 28 wasabi almonds, 1 string cheese, 1 avocado w/ mayo, spices and pork rinds, blueberries and 2 strawberries, diet lemon lime
Water all day, vit a&d, calcium, e, BC and allergy pills before bed

Still getting back in the groove from over indulging off plan over the weekend. Down 2 lbs from yesterday, though.
