Thanks Guys!!
quick question: how bad do you all think I did today???
I was out of creamer, so I added milk instead!! I know it's not allowed, but...I needed coffee (it helps curb my appetite) and I hateeee it black....
I'm not even sure how many carbs in milk! The label here is so weird and it was powdered milk, I speak and read spanish, but their labeling is so different...
help!! how many carbs in American milk??...lol

Changing my side dish tonight...no cabbage in stock at my house and I don't want to go to the store so will be having a salad instead. (I haven't had one in awhile so I'm craving it now.)

i have noticed you fall back on PB alot- do you keep it in the house for someone else or is it one of those things you allow yourself to have (aka sanity food )? im curious about peanut butter, is there better options like almond butter or is that just as carby? or is peanut butter not as bad as i always think of it as? i hate giving the kids peanut butter too much because i think its filled with sugar, even though i get the reduced kind. but I

Natural PB is not bad at all..just make sure you get the kind without any sugar. Smuckers has a good one. Publix has its own brand w/o sugar. Sometimes our Publix deli will have fresh ground pnut butter which is low sodium also.... still need to portion control though!

ill look out for the natural peanut butter, thanks lava- is the taste close?

passion- i found them all over- in the supermarkets, in drug stores, etc. its in the candy aisle, usually a whole row of candy and if you slowly scan every item, you will find like 3-4 sugar free options, hehe.... russell stovers makes good ones too but for the peanut butter cups- definitely stick to the Reeses. just be careful- the sugar free bakery section all say sugar free and they are all high in carbs. but for candies and sugar alcohols, you should be able to find some... and you could always ask someone that works there- sugar free gets asked alot im sure, with diabetics
