I went to Jennifer Eloff's site. Here's a thread talking about the book. I think you can order it from Amazon also, or any of the other author's websites such as Kent Altena, Carolyn ketchum, Maria Emmerich or Lisa Marshall.

i tried this one first...4 oz cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 pat butter, 1/2 tspn. cinnamon, 1 dash salt, 3 packets splenda, 1tbsp. ground flax seed (i left this out)
beat egg whites till stiff
beat cream cheese till smooth, then add remaining ingredients
cook as you would pancakes, only longer on each side...

the next day...I tried this one.... 2 oz. cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 splenda, 1/2 tspn. cinnamon....blend and cook

i liked the second one better.....simpler....and equally yummy

so hi everyone!
Good to see you back! I've been away too and am leaving again tomorrow. Lots of summer crew training with the Coast Guard. I'm still doing JUDDD and not keeping low carb on my Up Days. I don't think I should torture folks with my meal posts those days anyway.

Have a good weekend!

Thanks! I wouldn't call this a weekend fun. I have to requalify in front of the District QE. Nerves are in high gear. Wouldn't you know they're having 2 BBQs and a deli lunch. I still have to figure out how I'm going to deal with that and still be part of the fellowship. I guess I can toss the bread and eat the meat and cheese for lunch and scrape the BBQ sauce and skin off at the BBQ chicken...OK, I have a plan. Thanks for listening.

change that to LC colelaw with the porkchops. It will take awhile for the greenbeans to cook down and i'm hungry! so I'll cook them and save them for lunch tomorrow...and dinner tomorrow...and probably lunch on friday (its a big ol' pot!)

If a stranger knocks on your door tomorrow, it's me looking for a bowl of greenbeans. I can bring some Carbquick cheese biscuits. Party Party!
Those greenbeans sound wonderful!

today's breakfast was the obvious eggs, bacon, and coffee!
lunch was 1 bistek (thin steak) and a salad i made (cauliflower, green beans, red pepper, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, a sprinkle of lemon, and mayo...(i made it all up and it was delicious!)
dinner, or i want to say snack, cause lord knows it was too early for dinner ....was some chopped up chicken breast with my yummy salad from lunch!
(I think I'm going to make a creamcheese pancake/omelete)
Happy eating!
I found some more support on Facebook...the Atkins page...it's pretty cool too....anybody got them too?
Im going smiley crazy right now...jeje....they're cute...

depends on if it stalls you.
ei don't like my coffe too sweet so i use about 1/2 packet for a cup. If i use sf crmr that already has it in it i don't use any. hmmmmm which reminds me time for a cup of decaf.....g'night!

I used to use 3 pkts in one cup and I'd drink 2 cups in the morning (6/day), since being back to LC I use 1 pkt and some SF Vanilla Syrup (I like mine extra sweet) sometimes one cup, no more than 2 usually... 2 a day. I just recently bought the EZ Sweetz and says no carbs but it still makes me wonder about it. I add 3 drops and SF Vanilla Syrup now instead of Splenda to save on carbs (that's why I have been drinking 2 cups in the morning instead of 1 )

I think Atkins induction allows 3 a day, but I'm not sure if that has changed or not. I always wonder whether to count my soda as one too. The only other thing I use it for is recipes occasionally or if I have a shake I will use one pkt or the EZ Sweetz.

If you don't notice it hindering your weight loss than you should be okay.

well I haven't noticed any stalls....I've been losing pretty steady....I just wonder if I would lose more if I didn't have so many....
and it was more like a curiosity to see how much other people have....
