Yeah...I was able to stay under 20 but I did not eat too much of anything with nutritional value or substance. I just hope I don't wake up hungry in the middle of the night.

Commodore - Hey there again! I use the label info and a carb counter book but some people use an online tracker.....anyone got any easy online tracker ideas?..i'd like to track but don't want one that takes too much time...and it's gotta be free!
Sometimes it's an "best guest estimate" and I err on the higher side.

Back on to my eggs over easy phase...YUMMMMM! Anyone heard from asdf lately? Missing her posts!

I've always used Excel. I have all the items I eat in there so I only have to type in the item and the rest pops up.

I tried My Fitness Pal but there was too much I had to input to make it useful for me (I eat a lot of weird stuff).

*********** also has a good tracker.

Both of the trackers I posted are free.

adsf hasn't posted since 5/5. I sent her a message telling her we miss her smiling face.

Thanks everyone

I usually just over estimate the guesses at the moment as I don't have any ketosis test sticks

Haven't had dinner yet but two meals and two snacks so far as follows with 3 cups of decaf + single cream.

Meals
Fried 10-12 1cm cubes of full fat Helim (Cyprus cheese) in scrambled eggs made from 3 eggs and 2 tbsp chopped parsley.

Shish Kofte kebabs (about 350g mince, 1/8 onion maybe, parsley, salt pepper and cumin....now mash it up to make a dough texture, form sausages and flatten!) griddled with a herb salad of parsley/corriander with 5 slices of cucumber and one stalk of celery + lemon and olive oil. 1 tbsp sour cream with the green tips of one spring onion/scallion cut into it and bit of lemon.

Snacks
2 packets pork rinds but I sift out the soft or oily pieces and just have the mega crispy dry bits in the pack (0.01g/100g is carbs!)

1 leftover pork chop sliced very thinly and added five spice and hot paprika powder then fried until crispy. Pork jerky!

Me too, I used to drink probably a litre a day before but drink much less now.

Does coffee count with water or 64 fl oz AND the coffee I drink?
