Sorry I assumed, those foods just sound like cravings- yummy foods!

My cravings have definitely gone down. Buttered elbow noodles on a frying pan with salt and pepper definitely is there! Plus January is birthday central in my family so chocolate cake with white icing is constantly around me! I know there are some low carb recipes for that but I'm trying to stick to the plan. Overall I just find myself hungry, less than it used to be but still there.

Menu today:

B- buttered scrambled eggs and coffee w. HC and 2 splendas
L- last of a rotisserie chicken, lettuce and mayo
D- going to search LS site for a ground beef recipe for the fam

S- spinach with olive oil

I know what you mean, reading that you would assume it was a carb binge.lol.
If you are hungry eat. I get times when i'm ravenous and other times not so much. I just go with it. I'm lucky, i'm not facing birthday cake for a few months yet.x

My birthday is also coming up, and I'm worried about what I will or won't eat! If/when you find a low carb cake, please let me know.

The program is possible-even while traveling!

Last night's supper at a Mexican restaurant:
Altered taco salad: No shell, grilled steak, Romaine, a bit of guacamole, cotija cheese, cilantro, lime, creamy tomatilla dressing. NO beans, rice, tortilla strips.
2 vodka cocktails

Today
water, hotel room coffee (I brought my own Splenda packet)
B-Hotel buffet breakfast bar:
scrambled eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 strips bacon
S-mini pepperoni stick, 1 string cheese
D-Tonight: Out w/ friends at a steakhouse

Still losing even while going out!! Lost 1.4 since Thursday.

Last night at the steak house:
3 small pieces calamari w/ cocktail sauce (I FREAKED out after the 3rd one because it was then I realized they were breaded-duh), 2 raw oysters w/ lemon
8 oz steak, 1 cup tortilla soup (NO tortilla chips)
1 vodka and soda
Vaudeville show: Despite the fact people were ordering desert, and they brought cake out for my friend, I stayed on the program. I ordered an Irish coffee (whiskey, coffee, whipped and I put in 1 Splenda packet). I dutifully helped hand out cake slices.

Today:
Water w/ diet pill
Coffee w/ cream and 1 Splenda

brunch-Canned chicken breast w/ mayo and garlic powder, a bit of cheddar, Romaine

D-Out for another friend's BD at a Mexican restaurant. I'll order the carne asada.

At first when going out I felt a bit high maintenance asking for substitutions and omissions of certain things. I realized others do this for their health, and now I must do so.
