Well I found out the tummy trouble I had is a stomach virus rampaging through our county. So SF chocolate did not cause this trouble.

hanging out at home...with no one but the dog and a good book! heeheehee delish! I have to do this more often...only another hour and a half til the noise...uh i mean... boys get home.lol!

made a lovely saute of shrimp,zucchini, butter, garlic, basil. then made a quick and yummy sauce with a smidge crm cheese , dollop sr cream and parmesan. no one else in this house would have liked it...but...hey... they aren't here now are they!

Oro-usually whatever I have...all mixed up. Tonight it was hamburger, an egg, mild green chile peppers, about a half a cup diced tomato, onion, chile powder, cumin, salt and pepper. mixed it together and topped with a slice of pepper jack and baked. Honestly if i had any shredded cheddar i would have mixed that in because I like it cheesier but payday isn't til friday so gotta use what I have.

Have to add to my days menu a snack after dinner. I was having a coffee and sweet craving so I had 1/2 a pnutbutter and chocolate atkins bar and a small cup of coffee with crmr. It was regular coffee--hope it doesn't keep me up all night!

good morning! sipping my coffee and preparing for the day (mentally- which consists of ..sipping on my coffee! lol!). Sometimes I think watching the news in the morning is NOT a good idea! Stretching the groceries til the weekend- DH is performing a marraige this weeked so already figuring out how I am going to deal with wedding food!

Okay I can put off worrying about wedding food for a week. DH got his dates mixed up and it's not until the following weekend. todays menu

B: 2 eggs and 3 slc bacon, greens+, coffee w/ crmr
s: 1 oz (28) wasabi almonds (omigosh- had to give the rest of the can to my friend so I wouldn't eat all of them!)
L: leftover chicken and zucchini mix from last night
D: sauteed chicken with zuchhini, mushrooms and sauce (didn't come out as good as the last two times...myabe I'm just getting tired of it....but it's what have left.

Off to make cookies for last day of teacher appreciation week. TORTURE!!!

L Well, sick at work all day! Finally ate a mini honeybun at 4 coz everything made me ill to think about.
D egg drop soup, moo goo gai pan, 1/2 cup fried rice. Went well til an hour later. Nuff said. After that I WAS FINE AGAIN!
S HWC & berries tummy rolling.
