Carly Simon - another of my albums I need to transfer to digital! Adele is a pretty good singer, too. My daughter plays her in the car all the time.

I planned on going full induction today, but I had to use up the dreamfields pasta for lunch. It upsets DBF's tummy terribly, so back to whole wheat pasta for him in the future.

B lettuce and 2 hot dogs
L dreamfields pasta w/ cheese and meat sauce leftovers (the end of that!)
S chili lemon peanuts
D chicken stir fry w/ frozen stir fry veg mix (Eating w/ chopsticks slows me way, way down!)
S drained greek yogurt, whole fat

Too tired to go to the store tonight after we put up doors on my closet. (I started remodeling 2 yrs ago & never got doors on. That was pre-DBF.) I thnk I'll have chicken and bacon for breakfast in the morning!

Have fun on vacation, oro!

For hours today, I spackled walls, moved furniture from one room to another, including cinderblocks, and met w/ an insurance adjuster. Then we went to buy groceries for one more day. Followed by laundry, cooking, and more moving furniture. Whew!

B bacon and chicken breast 7 am
L chicken breast wrap in LC tortilla, pork rinds 11 am
S almond butte, cheese slice 3 pm
S the insides of a double cheeseburger 5pm
D chopped streak, broccoli w/ alfredo sauce 8:30
S sf jello w/cream cheese 10 pm

B: Coffee w/ 1 Splenda, powdered coffee creamer (the HWC is gone) and a dash of cinnamon, 2 boiled eggs w/ must and mayo
L: Celery w/ 2 TBS pb, ham w/ BBQ sauce (has sugar)
S: Strawberries w/ 1 Splenda
D: 1 slice ham, Chef’s salad-Romaine, ham, 1.5 slices bacon, cheddar, ranch dressing
S: Vodka cocktails, 10 unsalted peanuts or so (Blegh), 1 slice cheddar, sunflower seeds, 1 pickle spear w/ 1 slice American cheese, 1.5 large pork rinds and 2 plain tostada shells w/ sour cream and spicy ranch

I gained about a pound back from snacking last night until midnight. You would not believe the negative voice in my head beating myself up. Is it just me who binge eats sunflower seeds while watching the Biggest Loser?

Susan, I jsust cannot watch that show, because I just feel pain. Pain for the people on there, pain that they're doing things I cannot yet do, pain that I look like that or worse, mostly worse.

I used to be a hoarder, so I watch Hoarders every so often to remind me not to do that anymore. Maybe I'll do that w/ BL later. Not yet.

Now for my Happy Song! I Lost Two Pounds! Holla in the Hizhouse! That just motivates me to work out harder everyday. I hate exercise in general, but I sure LOVE losing weight!!!! I've said it before: I'm in this WOE for life, and I WILL GET THIS OFFFFFFF!!!!!

Deep Breath/ calming down.

i started to hide because i went off plan but i HATE when people do that so here i am

me and my husband had a rough couple days together. no need to get into details of course but a bicker just turned into a big deal if ya get me... so anyway i was miserable and had a HUGE chinese food dinner last night- the works! i was trying to hold it together but after a couple days of not having my best friend aka hubby by my side, i just caved. well, we caved together

so now im back! even though im still going through things and even though my weight is back up to 163.6 ( oh, and the night before i went to a baseball game and for the first time since last year got drunk that sure didnt help the scale either but at least that was fun!)

this time i didnt have any bad effects yet- i was scared those 3 bowls of white rice would have me up all night shaking from the carb load! i slept like a baby and feel good so far, just looking out for a rough couple of days with my cravings coming back im sure...

instead of dwelling, heres things im proud about:
-i know i caved last night but i went a good couple days feeling very bad and i didnt run immediately to food like i have done in the past.
-the 163.6 isnt as bad as i thought! i know i shouldnt be proud of this but whatever
-i still think i can do this. will i miss my next goal? maybe. but even though i had set concrete goals i have this vague goal of just wanting to be under 150 by september. a new school semester and starting out fresh! so that goal is of course still possible!

and thats my story for now! now time to copy and paste since i need to rush to get ready- sorry for those that i post on multiple threads with!

L- small serving of an egg and tomato dish (tomatoes are pretty bad in carbs right? i hate tomatoes so i never eat them but its that darn food&culture class trying to make me fat!)

L- 5 grilled chicken drumsticks.... yeeeah, no portion control there! hehe

D- unfortunately it looks like wings bc got a bunch of guys coming over to watch hockey and they will all order from a pizza place so thats kind of my only option. ugh wish i would have remembered that before my lunch!

S- 1 serving SF candy (i so didnt give them up like i said i was going to)

asfd, glad you decided to stick w/us and hope the drama calms down for you. It's good to look at the changes you've made in handling things.

Passion, I'm out of HWC, too. Using SF French Vanilla, but I'm looking for SF Hazelnut, too.

B @6:30 2 bacon, eggs w/ cheese, salsa, LC tortilla, CO Coffee, ACV water
L @2:00 Atkins shake (after teeth were pulled)
S @3 Arby's Jamocha Shake (used as ice pack and snack on 2 hr ride home) It was grossly sweet, Should have bought Atkins ahead of time and used one of them, instead. 115 carbs!!! for that shake alone!!! Then my blood sugar was 328 3 hrs later.
D @7 canned chicken breast and mayo
S @11 peanut butter w/ meds

10 am - 2 duck eggs, 2 bacon, coffee w/co, acv water
430 pm - tomato/greenbean soup w/ pepperoni & cheese, water
730 pm DBF and I finished last 6 lindt eggs, put bunnies in freezer
930 pm (or when he gets back with it) egg drop soup, kung pao chicken, water

It would have been a good day if I'd have left the candy alone. Alll gone now...

Water water water....trying to lay off the diet sodas this week

No more almonds, no more jello, no more cream cheese for the week...I am stalled since October at 203 pounds. Ready to begin strict strict strict induction again.
