Awesome lows!
Camping -- I took my kids all the time while they were growing up. DBF is seriously disabled, so it's out of the question, but at least we travel some. Have a great time!

B bacon, eggs
S spicy pumpkin seeds
L canned chicken breast, french style green bean "noodle" soup (The beans are the noodles.)
D Dixie Chili - Chili Cheese Coneys w/out the buns
S yogurt and frozen mixed berries - went overboard on these. I need to eat only half as many and maybe use Heavy cream in small amts drizzled over the fruit.

I'm still in the HABIT of eating to the point of being full. The new medicine got my sugar down to 205 today.

Susan, thanks for the perspective! I was disappointed it wasn't lower, but honestly, that's the lowest it's been in a very long time.

Having the new weight scale has really given me a struggle, because it looks like I gained 5 pounds. But I didn't. It just shows my accurate weight, and the truth is always preferable.

I think the honeymoon is over, but I'm settling in to real life change.

have an easter egg hunt this weekend if the weather holds- for my son that is and a play at my sons school. so a cute weekend for the kids. and i am DEFINITELY pulling the husband aside to have a serious talk about camping- all this talk on here is making me so happy!

Rain, rain, and more rain! We need it badly. Another pipe burst under the floor, so we'll have to call the plumber again tomorrow or Monday. There goes more $ out the window. I wanted to eat something evil at first, but i made him some chocolate chip cookies and DIDN'T Even Nibble!

B 2 hot dogs and 3 eggs
S 1/3 flax pita, w/ peanut butter and mixed berries
L Chef salad, w/ ACV/mustard/mayo dressing
D Chicken breast, stir fry veggies, rutabaga fries
S sf jello & cream cheese
2:30 am berries & cream

better go to bed. Glad I got a shower before we had to cut off the water.

going to use this page to brainstorm. need to pack a bunch of food since i plan on staying in the library today until they close! so i need food, especially choices that i dont need to heat. heres my planning:

-2 hard boiled eggs (will eat them first)
- green peppers (eek hope they didnt spoil yet! i might have a cucumber instead)
- broccoli salad (hmmm i better be careful of my veggie carbs)
-SF candy
- water bottles

and then if i start to doze or lose motivation, ill walk a cvouple blocks to the store and get a fountain soda and take excedrin (terrible i know, but thats my sleep deprived cure on cramming days)

i hope thats enough to hold me over! Ill eat a big meal at 11 before i leave the house. wish me luck!

and im down to 164!

its going to be a random food day again, got alot to do and i have no idea where im going to be today for meals but i got this!

Oro is right! You are doing a great job, asfd! When I went to grad school to get a teaching certificate, I had a child in K, another not yet 2 yrs old, and was going through a divorce. You are making a MUCH smarter decision to get that degree locked down now. If you are dealing with 18 yr olds, then you are a special person indeed!

And Happy Birthday in the morning!

B bacon and eggs (For a person who always like variety, I really enjoy this everyday!)
L Salad w ranch, tuna, mayo
D burger/tomato/veggie soup
S Yogurt & berries
(craving something chocolate. Maybe I'll make one of those flaxmeal chocolate cupcakes, too)

B- coffee with HC and 2 splendas
B- scrambled eggs ( i have dropped the CO mostly, wasnt doing anything and i get enough saturated fat in a day)

L- will try to convince the hubby to make his great burgers on the grill its been so nice out! and cheese

D- pork rind chicken with spicy mustard as the coating, i love the extra little flavor it brings

Goal: i have been snacking too much lately, its a bad habit that could eventually hurt me, so i think im going to try and go cold turkey today with PERHAPS just a couple sausage links before bed. eek wish me luck!

Don't know if i was reading it here or on another post. Never thought that the scrambled eggs, omelets etc that you order in a restaurant might have been made with milk!!! from now on it's sunny side up for me. ....just a tip. and thanks to whomever posted it.

correction to my dinner plans. When I thawed out what I thought was soups, it was chili w/ beans. I ate it anyway, w a ton of cheese, extra beef, and a lot of inulin powder thrown in! No chocolate or berries tonight!

Sooz! I did something similar- I thawed what I thought was a steak, but it is beef for stew. So, I'll make that tomorrow in the crock pot.

Well, I ate the yogurt and berries anyway. Up now coz of muscle cramps in my back & legs for 3rd night in a row. wannasleeeep. New med pharmacy paper says it will deplete me of C0q10. Just looked it up online & it controls muscle contractions, so calling dr after plumber leaves today.

muscle cramps are the worst- i used to get them all the time when i was pregnant. surprisingly i dont get them at all now but i get these severe aches in my legs all the time- would actually take the cramps over this bc at least the cramps are quick instead of this drawn out aching!

its finally my birthday! so now i can officially say i made that 165 goal on to my next goal, down another five pounds by the end of april.

as expected, todays meals are going to be slightly off, but not too bad:

B- coffee w HC & 2 splendas
B- scrambled egg bowl w. sausage from convenience store

L- leftover burgers my wonderful husband made
L- broccoli salad no bacon bits (need a little extra lunch since i will be stuck in the library until 5 )

D- mom is making my family a chicken dinner with asparagus

BC (birthday cake!)- a SF pie she bought hehe

i feel really good about my day, i hope i dont splurge but im sure either way ill be fine

cya guys!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASDF!!!

Today i weighed in at 210. and after my workout 209.5 but i won't give that to myself yet. Oh, just realized i weigh in everytime with shoes. so maybe i finally got over my 210 hump!! I really need to get some more microwave bacon. I've also decided to lower the calories just a bit for a few days. I'm adding up what i think i'm going to eat and sometimes going overboard at night to where im over 2000 cal. For me it's too much. I know that. oh and just bought some decaf coffee to see if coffee is stalling me. I figured i would switch for two weeks to see how it goes.

B: 1 egg 2 sausage links
s: 2 slices cauliflower pepperoni and cheese pizza
L: carmalized onion and swiss chicken patty and salad with cucumber, bleu cheese crumbles, a slice of green pepper a slice of avocado 5 cherry tomatoes, ranch dressing and a sprinkle of mexican blend cheese.
d: 1 artichoke with mayo and porkchop.

hopefully that's how my day goes. I was making spaghetti noodles for a pesto dish for the family last night and realized...oh no...how am i going to tell if the noodles are done? i usually taste them LOL> so i took a nibble on one and spit it out. LOL. The things we don't realize we do.
