booo! im in philly but yes, pork roll is amazing! too bad i cant have it on a bagel with cream cheese, my favorite and main crave right now

Today:

B- egg salad (mayo and mustard)
L- mushy broccoli and flavorless flounder fillet
D: 2 turkey burgers with a slice of cheese
S- too much coffee heh (feeling a little down so that seems to be my new comfort food. hey, better than carbs!)

and not enough water! although i cant seem to cut out the caffeine in my coffee, i have pretty much completely stopped diet soda. which is a big deal for me bc i usually drink alot even when not dieting- PLUS on atkins im way too dependent on artificial sweeteners, so one less vice!

Gained two pounds so here's my meal plan for the day

B: 3 scrambled eggs w/butter (that DOES sound good, startanew), coffee with 2 splendas and 2 tbs of HC
S: 1/2 a green pepper
L: leftover mock pizza (should be five carbs)
D: have chicken thawing so plain baked chicken with garlic salt, butter, maybe a sprinkle of cheddar cheese

And a crapload of water!!!!

Ok ok I might need a snack at night time with my decaf night coffee... Maybe a cheesestick

But that's it!!!

Does that sound like its a pretty good Atkins day??

Mummyzena, good attitude (something I'm working on, slowly!)! Have you figured out why you caved so deeply though? Maybe you need to add a little carb friendly snack if you are feeling such cravings? I'm trying to learn more about my cravings so see how I can control them without falling off, like what time of day, what environment I'm in, etc...

But it seems you are losing a lot and have some great menus posted!

Wasn't a craving, I like pizza, nachos and cookie dough and we were supposed to have a date night but babysitters weren't avaliable so I just wanted to treat myself, think that is why it hasn't fazed me.x
