Hi ladies
I've been 121.2 for two days. Yesterday, I had a major food party after skiing. I ate a whole big cucumber (sliced thin, add ACV, Xylitol, and salt - my absolute FAVORITE cucumber salad) as a side dish to my Cornish hen. Cucumber has a serious filling effect on my stomach. But, even though I was full, I whipped some HWC, sprinkled it with low-carb soy flakes and poured my home-made chocolate on top of it all. I am telling you, this dessert is awesome, but it can seriously mess up your weight loss.

Today, I am trying to be more conservative. Right now, I am drinking my morning coffee...In 20mins., gotta go to the doc.

I need to bring it down to 120s lb or under this week.

Also, we need to move to our new place this week so cleaning , moping, sweeping is in order. I can't wait to live in town already!

Hey All!

Quick check in. I've been sick all week. The good news is that I've barely been able to eat anything other than a little soup here and there. The bad news is that exercise streak is officially over. I've barely walked at all this week. *sigh*

Hopefully the very low calories every day will balance out my lack of exercise though.

Beach, if you decide to do another round of hhcg, let me know. I'll do it with you but without the hhcg. lol I wouldn't mind spending the next 3-4 weeks eating low calories. I can do two soups a day and an apple and stay below 500 calories I think. I'm losing consistently on JUDDD but It's coming off pretty slow and I have a vacation coming up in a month. I wouldn't mind dropping 20 pounds before then. It would be nice to do it with someone.

Got a head cold here. Sneezed and sniffles my way through the day. One more day to get through. Then, hoping, some rest. Dang! Remembered need to go get blood work done Sat. Morning. Means fasting and up early. Not sure how to do the BAB! Have a20 or so min. Drive to the blood suckers office. Then the waiting room. Add time to get ready for it what to do?

Well, I think I'm going to do it. I'm going away mid March so I'll do it until then. I have my birthday before then too, so I'm going to allow myself one higher calorie day for my birthday. Higher calorie but still low carb.

I need something drastic at the moment. lol

guessing weigh in will be on V-day instead of Sunday this week? think that would be good as a final hurrah for this challenge

Hey everyone. Feeling better about things, getting my eating back on track. Having chocolate chili on a bed of spinach w/ some feta cheese on top. Not very "breakfasty" but sure tastes great!

got back from my Dr.... and I am down 10 lbs since I was there on Jan 27th... so proud of myself...and she was excited and happy I had lost that much... plus my B/S numbers are also good....and she said keep on doing what I am doing.........

I do want to up my exercise.... I have to put my walking tapein and DO it...

the scales I use at my health club is old and I think they tend to move them around... so they are not as accurate as the dr. scales... and I weigh myself in my swim suit there........ but I will still weigh myself at my HC to see if I am losing.......

so I just have to keep on doing what I am doing now......

qwyn -

jonika - congrats on your new place... and I also adore cucumbers...

FF - sorry you have been sick

Kitty - also sorry you have been sick.... but down to 155.2 that is great...

Beach -

just got back from HC and doing my WA... water felt soooo good....
and also by their scales I am down in weight... their scales weigh lighter than my dr. scales.. but I go by theirs since I weight there more often.. plus I weigh there in my swim suit....

when this challenge ends on Valentines Day... will be have another one I hope so.. this accountability has really helped me.... knowing I have to put my number down on Sundays.....

hope everyone has a great OP day... love ya all
