Has anyone feel tingling all over after eating on LC?

I am a little scared and looking to see why I feel tingling sensation all over my body after I eat. I try to stick to 20 carbs per day and close to 80 or more grams of protein and I am on day 9 of induction... is this normal or is something going on?

Are you using any artificial sweeteners?

I from time to time get a feeling of euphoria on LC, but it happened more often in the months after I started. In a sense it might of been described as a tingling feeling as well, but more a feeling of large amounts of energy being available.

^ As above: Is it a "good" tingle, like you want to get up and move, or a "bad" tingle, like you're losing feeling on your skin? If bad, (I'm not a doctor!) it may be a sign of a deficiency of some kind. Are you taking a daily multivitamin? Getting enough fat?

it feels more like a bad tingling...pins and needles all over... but I have used artificial sweeteners before a long time ago on LC and never felt this ... then I felt shakes as I went to sleep and ate a cup of rice thinking perhaps I was low on carbs and this morning I checked and am still on ketosis. this is not a sign of border line diabetes is it? I did couple days ago try fat fast and it was a little too hard and stopped that but I wonder if that triggered something....??? I just wondered if anyone else felt tingling during induction...I do not feel numbness just tingling ALL OVER... weird

Could it be withdrawal from something you normally consume but stopped on induction? Caffeine? Alcohol?

I did do one day of "fat fast" this past week which I felt horrible and said never again... I do feel much better today and wonder if that day of fast is what made me feel tingling? anywho... I still feel the buzz on my body but a good buzz and no "pins and needles" feeling...

Did anyone do a fat fast and their bodies feel different? wondering if that is all it was? I fear of diabetes because both sides of family have that disease and my younger bother was diagnosed couple years ago.... this is my fear.

Funny you guys bring this up today but I am having a tingling "pins and needles" sensation in both of my hands. I am on my 19th day of low carb eating, its also my TOM so Im thinking maybe im lacking in potassium and magnesium.
