I hear you Beach. The chart should be keeping me accountable too. I really do hate when I get chicken $h*& and avoid it like the plague. lol

My goals for this challenge will be to check in every day, and get back to the 180's...preferably the low180's.

I too will not be avoiding weigh ins this time around. I lost several and then it came right back when TOM was here, which usually doesn't happen. I didn't weigh this morning because I forgot but this was my weight from yesterday so I posted it. My goal is to be in the 170s at some point in the challenge (sooner rather than later though). I'll try to check in daily. We're going on vacation Saturday for a week so I'll be checking in sporadically next week. I'm still hoping I will start losing again once my body gets used to being back on low carb!

Hey guys I think I will just follow the thread this time around. Been dealing with some health issues, mainly dizziness and muscle pain. I went in for lyme and that wasn't it, had my cholesterol checked and took an exercise stress echo test to see if it was heart related. It doesn't feel like my heart but still the Dr wanted to be sure. Still haven't heard the results from that but I am betting it might be hormonal. Going to talk to my doctor about getting my thyroid tested. This all came about from when TOM started and ever since then has not gone away. Thinning hair and not being able to lose weight also makes me think it could be hormones as well. Anyway last time I checked I was 209.6 so not too bad.

Awh thanks so much Labmini--you're making me blush ! I have been having slow losses recently, but have been trying to get back to basics. Ive had minor slip-ups and have been trying to correct them straight away instead of falling down the black hole of weight gain. I am sure you will find success as well, especially if you join our challenge!

Oldafw, I added you the chart. In the future you just have to look for the latest chart on weigh in day (Thursdays) copy and paste and then add your weight.

I'm definitely not weighing in this challenge. I'll be miserable enough in the heat, I don't wanna get depressed over weight gain, too! But, I'll be cheering y'all on!

Hey all!! Just checking in. My son's birthday party was last night so we had A LOT going on yesterday. We're leaving for the mountains today so I know that checking in for the next week is going to be here and there. We have a lot of stuff planned so I'll check in when I can. Part of my goal is to check in regularly here because that really does hold me accountable. At least I do check in with FF through texts most days though, does that count??? lol! I was down over a pound this morning so that's good !

beach - what's got you in a bad mood? I meant to tell you but a co-worker of mine moved to Denver last month and loves it!

mad - you will totally meet your goal - you're very close!!!!

riot - I miss you! When are you due? I can't remember. My first was born in September and the summer was miserable. I hope you're able to stay inside for the most part. That will help !

I'm down to 187 this morning....its still just melting off of me. Thats 9 lbs in less then a week.....its hard to believe thats all water weight.

2 more lbs and I'm at 2nd prepregnancy weight. (That baby starts kindergarten in fall)
