Splenda vs. Aspertame vs. Truvia

I see many in here suggesting Slenda for cooking, or drinks.

Is there an article explaining the difference between Truvia / Splenda vs. Aspertame?

Reason I am wondering is I've heard Aspertame is the enemy, especially on Atkins.

I know after the first 2 weeks of Induction I'm going to be jonzing for a carbonated drink. And I thought it would be safe to go to the Diet Coke with Splenda when I had a craving. Of course by then taking in mostly water, hopefully, will be easier for me to stick with since that's all I'll be doing in induction.

Starting June 1.

I believe that the shakes use Splenda (sucralose) as their sweetener.

For the rest, I think it's a personal decision to use any kind of sweetener. I personally cannot use aspartame as it makes me sick, but have no problems with Splenda and love Truvia.

I just checked the box, Atkins Shakes contain Sucralose. Many people can't tolerate Aspartame because it raises blood sugar.

I decided to weigh my options and don't mind slower weight loss-happens with Aspartame, apparently. Splenda hurts my teeth? I'm still trying to cross over to it, but I have the occasional Diet Coke. I use Sweet n Low (drops) in my coffee, daily. That won't change. I have Truvia. Is it OK to use?

I just saw Splenda at the grocery store not to long ago and it was reasonably priced. I made the atkins cheesecake and it was without any sugar. It was still good but I wish I had the splenda to put in it. I can't wait to try it. As far as Aspartame, it's bad for your health and can even be cancerous, Trivia, don't know much about it really. I would say try the Splenda.

Does Splenda have any sort of effect on Induction? Stalling it or even slowing it a little in any way?

And Bacon Bit... if you can find the Diet Coke with the yellow stripe on it, that's Diet Coke with Splenda. I don't like Diet Coke in any past form, or even Coke Zero that much. But I'll drink the Splenda version. And I don't even like Splenda. There's something about that COKE formula that makes it work for me.

I've tried it before when I've been really strict-Induction, really. I'm just not in a big enough hurry to lose weight, I guess. I mean, I have no idea what it is, Splenda just really hurts my teeth. I mean like physical pain. I can deal with the aftertaste. I made these low carb cookies with Splenda (packets) and I can't chew them. I have to go straight to swallowing them. Isn't that weird? Truvia seems fine, but I haven't used it in much. I just try to steer clear of all of it.
