Love these threads! Chicken wrap with lime mayo.

I am doing induction for the second time with a new mindset- this is my life now not just a temporary diet. I started on the 7th of April and one week in I am 6lbs lighter. I am so grateful and inspired by you all, the imagination on display here is astounding. So here's my contribution.

These are chicken breast pieces dipped in egg then a mixture of paprika, pepper and oregano then fried served in a flaxseed/ linseed(uk) flat bread (after cooking it in the microwave I made garlic butter smeared it on the bread and toasted it). Simple green salad with spring onions(scallions) and cherry tomatoes. I made some lime mayo by adding a few drops of lime juice to a tablespoon of mayo. Net carb count : 6.5g (at the most, this is a cautiously generous calculation.

This is my 1st attempt at making mozz. cheese sticks and boy was they yummy. I didnt grind up the pork rinds as fine as I should have, but that didnt matter. I let them sit a few minutes for the cheese to firm up after deep frying and omg delish

I broke down and got a little fryer at Wally World, it was like $20, OMG the chicken wings!!! Never even thought of mozzarella sticks, yummy those look good, and those lettuce wraps like at PF Changs, yum!!!

oh im sorry i wasnt paying attention about the induction, but im on induction and i do it my way. i eat low carb but i give myself low carb treats. i cant eat salads and yea i know it says you have to in the book, but if you cant eat them what can you do? i do eat some other veggies though. hopefully i can force myself to eat salad stuff soon
