And this was a yummy experiment with turnips all I did was slice them in the food processor and fry them then add some salt and smoked paprika. They dont get crispy but they taste just like potatoes.

Try making the chips with celery root and also daikon radish, love them fried, sometimes you just need a crunchy thing, I did find when using those veggies i slice them thin in the mandolin and then dry between paper towels for like an hour it helps absorb the moisture and make them more crunchy!!! WOW that food looks super!!!

I had caprese salad on the brain. Thanks, guys!
![]() During a Food Network commercial break recently, they showed Rachael Ray make this salad. I said to myself, "WANT." Rachael Ray's Mini Caprese Salad ![]() (I used only half a lemon and I added a little balsamic.) |

Man, oh man. You guys make some amazing foods 'round here.
![]() Tonight I made Linda's Alice Springs Chicken. I just posted this picture on another forum and my forum mates informed me that this originally is a dish at Outback. I never knew that! Welp, I learned one new thing today. ![]() |

OMG! The chicken looks amazing! Yummy and cheesy and delicious!
And the lasagana as well. I'll take a piece of the lasagna on the side of the chicken! I don't discriminate. I love all food. ![]() |
