I could eat 5 lbs of that. I've tried the pork rinds dipped in mayo cheese and hot sauce nuked. Also awesome.

Any kind of cheese. I used shredded. Til it bubbles, maybe 20-30 seconds. Mix it up!

Now this made me laugh because I have one too, my husband and son call it my "tanker" its 64oz. I fill it with Ice and a squeeze of lemon and as the ice melts I keep adding water.. Nice icy cold water all day and night!

Love my tanker!

Mmmm...I made a recipe I found on the board 2 nights ago called "Those Chicken Things" - no pic this time

Chicken breasts with an ounce of cream cheese and chives on the inside, rolled, and wrapped with bacon. My DH and I wolfed them down - oddly, kids turned their little noses up.

Their loss

On one of the other threads I was sharing a few tweaks with the Oopsie roll.
Today I was swinging downstairs waiting for my Loving Spouse to finish getting ready for a run to the grocery.
I was enjoying a brunch sandwich (ie. needed to eat before going grocery shopping 'cause being hungry in the grocery store makes you buy more, and I hadn't had breakfast, just BP Coffee...it was 11:00).
It hit me that I hadn't shared how nice they work as a sandwich....Love Oopsie Rolls.
So, this is my Brunch today...Holding it with a paper towel(I am messy)...
It is just 2 Oopsies, 1 T.mayo, 3 strips of bacon....everything is better with bacon!
Nothing better than Brunch, watching the sunshine and seabirds on Galveston Bay.
