When it comes to beef, I have no clue. What is tri tip beef and how did you fix it, Rbenz?

Someone else asked me this a while back...I think, I roasted (posted) one up around page 46-47 here. ![]() The term “tri-tip” is derived from the fact that the tri-tip roast is triangular-shaped and it is the tip of the sirloin. Season it up with lots of dry rub seasonings & I Pam spray the pan/rack or use foil. 15 to 20min/lb fat side up (trimmed)@ 350 in the oven for med. rare depending on the thickness of the Tip. After roasting, let it sit for around 10min., then slice/cut it against the grain. _

Cheesy Cauliflower Ham Casserole
Diced Ham mixed with Cauliflower Mash (mix mashed cauliflower with cream, cheese and butter)/Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Yummy.
