in a word, no. Oopsies are made with egg and cream cheese and OMM have flax seed and other stuff.

I am having a ball using the fresh herbs that are going gangbusters in our garden...so tonight we had charcoal grilled flank steak marinated in olive oil, fresh lime juice, salt, pepper and fresh cilantro. On the side I made a salad caprese with fresh sweet basil. The tomatoes aren't awesome yet so this is grocery store type, but it was still very good...
![]() and the caprese before I chopped the basil, added salt and pepper and olive oil: ![]() A great dinner! |

Caprese is a salad made with basil, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and olive oil. The key is the best tomatoes possible and fresh mozzarella which is very soft cheese, instead of traditional hard mozzarella.
It can be really, really good! I love to add balsamic vinegar too because fresh mozzarella does not have a strong taste at all and this adds a little to the salad. It's super simple, really healthy and very fresh tasting. I am growing basil this summer so I couldn't resist...! |

Thanks for all the comments everyone - I am hitting induction hard again for a while and the plan to post photos of my dinners is really making it fun!
Tonight we did steak again. DH marinated the 16 oz bone in ribeyes in kosher salt, pepper, olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh sage, thyme, and rosemary. Then grilled them medium rare. He just bought himself a Weber grill so he's enjoying the charcoal thing while I am getting a kick out of my fresh herbs. On the grill, smoke and all: ![]() With one of my FAVORITE side dishes that DH concocted...steamed broccoli (in this case it was fresh, but we use frozen a lot too) topped with lots of butter, krazy mixed up salt and grated parmesan cheese. So.Freaking.Good. He does this with asparagus, green beans, cauliflower, you name it. ![]() And both. On mah plate. ![]() Tomorrow the plan is grilled herb pork tenderloin and lc coleslaw, but I have an appt after work and tend to go with whims so who knows? |

CAROLYN'S 3-MINUTE FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon heavy cream 2 tablespoons cocoa 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda 1 teaspoon baking powder * 1 tablespoon butter, softened Spray a 2-cup measuring cup or small bowl with cooking spray. I used a Grab-it bowl. Add the egg and beat it with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until a smooth batter forms. Microwave on HIGH 30-60 seconds or until it puffs up and no longer looks wet in the center. Serve with whipped cream, if desired. Makes 1 serving Can be frozen I was craving choco/cake one day and boy did this hit the spot!
