These breakfast bread sticks are so good! I used up some Easter ham and voila--perfect pork perfection. Excuse the darkness of the images.

Thank you! It was my very first time to make one and I wanted to make sure that I kept it close to medium rare as possible. My hubby only likes his meat rare, medium rare..he said I did good! lol

Here is an artichoke tomato dip I just made and absolutely love. It's my new favorite, and it's induction friendly to boot.

Luna--

You guys are making me hungry! I love your plate of yummies, CBussey! And Mariah, girl, your pictures look righteous! I think you ladies need to have me over for lunch.

I have a crock pot pizza that is induction friendly. It's also super easy, which I like. I didn't know until recently that cheese will brown up wonderfully in a croc kpot.

cleochatra, do you have a recipe for the crock pot pizza you could share? I think I'd like to try that...I'm running out of new ideas and am at a point where I'm getting bored with my food.

BTW, I meant to put on your site. I didn't see it on there anywhere and I searched all day yesterday. LOL Found the crock pot lasagna, just wanted to know if you could post the crock pot pizza recipe too.

Jumping in here I make this all the time with the Jallopeneo's *Spelling* in place of the sun dried tomato's. I dip sliced cucumbers and celery in mine. Great party dip really. I also love buying an extra can of artichoke hearts and spooning it on top and eatting just like that for a meal! Omg, its amazing!!!!!!!

When I haven't had any kind of tomato or spaghetti sauce around I just take a can of diced tomatoes or whole ones and cut/smash them up and bring to a boil then turn down and simmer slowly for 15-20 minutes, uncovered. Everything thickens up and it becomes a great pizza sauce but still kind of on the thick side. It's actually my favorite 1st layer above the slightly cooked meat of a Meatzza.

Here's the Meatzza recipe I use and just add toppings we like, normally olives, mushroom and anything else I have on hand.

Pork rinds work well during induction. After that, I like to use almond crackers or celery.

I actually have one of the awesome dinner I made tonight but it's been forever since I've posted pictures on to a message board so I'm gonna have to relearn this process. LOL! So glad my dinner tonight was so nummy 'cause skimming through the posts above would have had me searching for something tasty otherwise!

OMG. I am new to the board, but have been looking at these recipes and pictures. Thank you all so much for this. I have been on Atkins for a month and a half and was getting discouraged because I was getting bored with my few induction recipes.

One quick question, The one minute muffins... can you use them as a roll, or is it moreso a dessert?

Minute muffins can be used any way you choose. I always had them as a breakfast muffin but that does not limit them to that at all.

BarbDe, your pic is making me hungry! Yum!!

Hi!

I'm a newbie... Just found this site this week and already I am in LOVE!!! I started LC on Sunday and today...Friday I have lost almost 4lbs!

Thank you, Thank you for posting pictures and the recipes. This week I tried the loaded Faux potatoes and I have eaten them three nights in a row for my side dish! I had NEVER eaten cauliflower before and now I LOVE it!

I've got another 16lbs to go and hopefully a little more but I am more confident that I have the recipes to help me through this journey.

Hugs to each of you!

Cleo....I saw your recipe on Dr. Oz and I also noted that there was no credit given. I knew it was yours and I thought of you, so in my heart credit was given where credit was due. I wish everyone knew!!!!
