okay so here was my recipe....
brown a pound of ground beef.... soften 8 oz of cream cheese (philly brand has less carbs!) in a glass pie pan i combined the cream cheese, and about 80 percent of the beef. mixed it up with garlic powder and some italian seasonning (lots of garlic powder-yum) spread that in the pie pan. on top of that about 1/4 to 1/2 cup parmesan cheese from a jar... then about 1/4-1/2 cup of pizza sauce....spread that around....it was tricky though on top of the parm.... then....about 6 oz of cheeze...i used colby/jack then as many pepperonis, mushrooms and black olives as i could fit... bake at 350 for 20 min....then broil because i like my pizza top well done... then sit down with the pan and a spoon....it will be hot.... |

I dumped it out and started the sauce from scratch (cold) and brought the temp up slowly. Worked beautifully! |

Here's my latest dinner: Crockpot lasagna. This recipe is supremely easy and lends itself to leftovers, lunches and low carb love. This recipe is also induction friendly and only 4 net carbs.

I'm happy to be reading this!
Unfortunately I can't cook to save my life. I might have to have my father supervise so I don't burn down the whole house (maybe just the kitchen). ![]() |

Siren, oh seriously, you do not know to whom you speak. You don't have to cook. You just have to be able to not set the house totally on fire when combining ingredients. Well not on fire a lot. A little is preferable, though not at all on fire is best.

This is induction friendly cake if you use cream cheese in the center and not ricotta. Diana really outdid herself on this one:

You'd be amazed... I went to induction food porn 1 and 2 and reviewed it all over again. Got some great ideas for meals and snacks that I totally forgot about!

Today it's all about the egg. First, egg salad, and then low carb eggs benedict with the easiest Hollandaise sauce ever. Both are induction friendly and really filling.

It's at the food porn link below in my signature line if you'd like it! I love Diana's cake. Her sponge cake has opened a new world to me. Who knew oopsie rolls could look/perform like that?
