I love this message board so much. I look through thread after thread to find recipe ideas and then I copy and paste the recipe into a Google document of mine for later use.
I came across this recipe the other day on this board and it sounded like a perfect lunch, so I made it. And it was! Turkey Salad 1/2 C chopped turkey 1/2 stick celery 1 egg, boiled and chopped 2-3T mayo (or to taste) sprinkle celery salt Mix everything together well and serve on a bed of lettuce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and eat! * I forgot to sprinkle Parmesan on mine! Poops!!! ![]() Now I must find the person who posted the recipe and go say thank you. |

Cleochatra's Best Ever Revol-Oopsie Rolls
3 large eggs 1 pkg Splenda dash of salt pinch of cream of tartar 3 ounces cream cheese (not Tbsp!) Do not soften! Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Separate the eggs and add Splenda, salt, and cream cheese to the yolks. Use a mixer to combine the ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff (if you're using the same mixer, mix the whites first and then the yolk mixture). Using a spatula, gradually fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture, being careful not to break down the whites. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and spoon the mixture onto the sheet, making 6 mounds. Flatten each mound slightly. Bake about 30 minutes (You want them slightly softer, not crumbly). Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes, and then remove to a rack and allow them to cool. Store them in a bread sack or a ziplock bag to keep them from drying out. Makes 6~ about 85 calories a piece, >1 carb per this is not my recipe I got it off this board : ) |

You can ditch the Splenda in the recipe unless you're making a sweet dessert type roll. These days I use just the cream cheese, egg and cream of tartar.

Crazy one, could your oven be hotter than it should be? I find that they are very 'sensitive' to over cooking or a temp that is anything over 300. |

![]() ![]() Heroin Wings Recipe 4 lb chicken wings 1/2 cup butter 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp dried parsley 1 tbsp dried oregano 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper First, preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the wings up into "drummettes". (Freeze the pointy "tips" for soup -- they make great broth!) Then combine the grated cheese and the seasonings. Line a shallow baking pan with foil. (Do not omit this step, or you'll still be scrubbing the pan come New Year's Day!) Melt the butter in a shallow bowl or pan. Dip each "drummette" in butter, roll in the seasoned cheese, and arrange in the foil lined pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F. Kick yourself that you didn't make a double recipe!! |

A lot of newer people do it to subscribe to a thread. It is the easiest way but you can also hit the :thread tools" button and "subscribe to the thread" button without posting anything. Some just say "subbing". Same as "marking your spot". Did that make sense at all??

Here is another creation that i found somewhere. I wish I could remember where so I could give proper credit. Just know that this is not my own. Anyway, this has become a family favorite. It's center cut pork chops that are cooked in olive oil until done then a small spoonful of salsa and a dab of cream cheese is placed on top and heated until it begins to melt then served. Beside it I had broccoli with mayo and a side salad of lettuce, baby spinach and cucumbers with a creamy dressing on top. This was a fabulous meal! I think the carb count boiled down to .5 grams per chop, 2 grams for the broccoli and 2 for the salad, for a total of 5 delicious low carbs grams for the whole meal, might have been a little less but i rounded up.
