DrDrew--That is positively freakishly awesome. I am thumbing that one high to the sky. And beyond!
Skinnurse-- you are sweet! Naw. People see stuff online and they say it must be free, you know. Help yourself. And many do... I have had people tell me, "If you post it online, you run that risk." I'm like really? So you park your car outside and someone breaks the window. I guess you run that risk, too. :P People are so phunny! |

I love that it's pretty and practical. I have seen the one made online, but yours looks way better! If you don't have a website to display that gorgeousness, you need one.

Made a delicious meal last night and made it again today for lunch - chicken with avocado on cabbage 'pasta' with butter thyme sauce. Delicious!

Those fatties are ridiculous! They look amazing, I may have to try that sometime, although I will need a lot of people with me who are willing to eat it, too!

Breadsticks made of chicken and cheese and a few other ingredients. You would never guess it's not real bread! |

I have! do you mean a recipe or a product? For products, netrition sells two of my faves: Smokin' Joe Jones BBQ sauce and the Walden Farms Thick and Spicy.

Pan pizza is so easy. Just use a springform pan to bring the magic.

I'm with you guys. Everything looks freaky amazing. I am a major Pinterest fan for this same reason! I love to look at the awesomeness.
Mandy, Yes, it is. You're in luck! It's an "other" vegetable, so you want to limit to one cup per day in induction. |
