Made a delicious meal last night and made it again today for lunch - chicken with avocado on cabbage 'pasta' with butter thyme sauce. Delicious!

I have! do you mean a recipe or a product? For products, netrition sells two of my faves: Smokin' Joe Jones BBQ sauce and the Walden Farms Thick and Spicy.

Assuming you mean the pizza sans toppings: Nutritional information per 1/8 pizza: Calories: 96.9, Carbohydrates: .5 g , Fiber: 0 g, Net Carbohydrates: .5 g , Protein: 11.9 g, Fat: 5g.

Mock potatoes are generally made with cauliflower cooked until it's easily mashed.

Mandy, Yes, it is. You're in luck! It's an "other" vegetable, so you want to limit to one cup per day in induction.

cleo, making your thin crust tonight. couple questions please. i have an airbake cookie sheet...would that be a bad idea? my other cookie sheets are too narrow for 16 inch round...two smaller rounds should work if i shouldnt use the airbake? finally, i bought some parchment paper...never used it before...do i still grease it or no grease? thank you ill report back some results!!
