Here is dinner -

It's thin steaks marinated in lemon sauce. Then I sauted some mushrooms and onions. Once those were almost done I added the steaks and some pico pico and mrs dash steak seasoning. Add a side of cauliflower and broccoli and Yummy dinner is served. You gotta love that hubby doesn't eat fat so you will see his trimmed off and put on my plate as well. =D

I am inspired...again. Thank you all! You probably dont realize how many people you have helped.
So far today I have made chicken salad:
diced up rotisserie chkn
diced jalapenos
diced banana peppers
diced splenda bread n butter pickles
mayo

And now I am sauteeing onions and mushrooms in butter to go with grilled chicken, and to make omlets tomorrow morning.

I am s-l-o-w-l-y finding my strength to step up to the plate and do this. It's been hidden deep within me but I am finding it.

looks yummmm! how do you make this? I tried already pizza on eggplants but it ended up being too salty cuz I guess I salted them too much. Can't wait to hear the recipe!

Why doesn't everyone just put the recipes or general instructions with pictures. a picture only helps me so much to make me want it and when I want it I want it bad!!!

You Won't Believe it's Cauliflower Pizza Crust

You Won't Believe it's Cauliflower Pizza Crust

1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower**
1 egg
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2tsp fennel
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley

pizza or alfredo sauce
toppings
mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit.

Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.

In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, egg and mozzarella. Press evenly on the pan. Sprinkle evenly with fennel, oregano and parsley.

Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes (15-20 minutes if you double the recipe).

Remove the pan from the oven. To the crust, add sauce, then toppings and cheese.

Place under a broiler at high heat just until cheese is melted.

I got the recipe off here, what i did was once it was brown on the bottom I flipped it and let it brown on the other side then added the sauce, cheese, green pepper and small turkey pepperoni.

Hey. I know that recipe from somewhere...

The cheesecakes look great! I love induction recipes, because it shows how sexy and fun the supposedly 'most stringent' phase of Atkins really is.

There's a whole thread here dedicated to the pizza, so it's totally cool! I am flattered you like it enough to have made it. The oopsies are my booboo, too. It's like we're now related through foods.

The cheesecake method is super cool! I like how you made those.
