Someone asked me if you could use oopsies for an Egg McMuffin or if it'd be too much egg. It's a lot of egg, but it's really filling, too. You're looking at a breakfast of two eggs, an ounce of cream cheese and a slice of your favorite regular cheese as the breakdown.

Aw, thanks girls.
I'm still a newbie learning from all you genius cooks. ![]() So far I have done a spaghetti meat sauce (using ground beef), seasoned chopped chicken and shrimp on the zoodles. I don't think there is any way to go wrong there, they are SO versatile. This one was REALLY good, I spotted someone using zucchini as the hot dog "bun" sub (you core out the zuke and cook it, then slide the hot dog in there) and decided to make that but added beanless meat chili on top. ![]() |

I can so relate to this. I'm starting induction again tomorrow because I went totally off the rails before I miscarried - I couldn't stomach meat or eggs so I was living off all variations of potatoes!

I am hoping that I have worked this one out.
We have a pork mince crust pizza and my very first LC cheesecake, I am sure I over cooked it as it went a bit rubbery but as I hadn't ever done a baked cheesecake before let alone a LC version it wasn't too bad. |

Cleo, you actually made the brisket and cheese a crust???? OMG!!
Did you spread it around like you would do for a cheese taco shell??? |

I do! And it works wonderfully. It's crisp, and chewy and essentially the tastiest shell I've ever had.

I finally made your cauli pizza crust and was so impressed, I made it again the next day. Here is a photo along with another of a tuna melt made with your oopsie recipe. |

Let me know how it comes out. I think the shells have so many uses. I was super sick of pot roast that day and had meat to use up. I didn't think I'd actually like the result. Then again, I'm the one who thought coating meatballs in chocolate might be interesting, so...

I'm new to LCF. I've been in a bit of a downward spiral, eating things I shouldn't be. Seeing all of your wonderful food and the support of the site. I'm back on track. I'm excited to try some of these delicious recipes. Now I just need to figure out how to navigate the site, lol
Thanks |
