8oz cream cheese,
4 level tablespoons splenda, 1 egg half teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon sour cream sprinkle of cinnamon on top Just mix it all up, put it in 6 greased muffin pans and bake 350 for 18 minutes, open the oven door, and allow to cool. Best if chilled for a few hours. The lemon juice and sour cream are optional. They are deelish ! Last edited by makrida; 07-15-2011 at 05:31 PM.. |

I love this thread as well and think it can be extremely helpful for all. One word of caution - sometimes, some ingredients are not 'induction friendly'. So be sure to check out each ingredient before deciding to make it!

I made my last batch with cream cheese that had been frozen then defrosted, and the batter was much runnier, but they still baked up OK. |

Not the most appetizing looking meal but it was yummy! IGNORE THE PASTA, that was DH's plate, I just had a little of the sauce to dip my chicken in.
Boneless chicken breast quickly pounded somewhat flat, then cut in half (just to cook faster, we were starving). Dipped in egg then breaded with parmesan mixed with oregano, basil, garlic powder and a little sea salt. Broccoli with garlic butter. ![]() |

They still have a little bit of a turnip taste, but if you dipped them in lc ketchup or something else, they tasted just like a french fry to me. ETA: Your meals look yummy. I tried jicama raw and plain at a salad bar and really didn't care for it. I'm going to get another one and try again though! Last edited by MisticalMisty; 07-20-2011 at 05:45 AM.. |
