Almond Parmesan crusted Zucchini Crisps with Cucumber Ranch Sauce



I realize that almonds are not induction friendly, however you could substitute crushed pork rinds for the almonds. I just thought it was a pretty picture

Thx! It was Delish! It's a keeper.
It had a sweet taste to it. No bitterness of the turnip. I did add some blk pepper to it.

Do you nuke all your sauce ingredients or use your stove top?
I ended up nuking mine and used a 350 temp oven since your recipe didn't mention the temp.

I use the stove...just on a very low heat..kind of like I would make an alfredo.
