Induction, Induction, Induction SUCCESS!!

Hey guys!
My name's Tea, I've started the atkins for the third time. The first time I lost 70 lbs and gained it back plus more. the second time I failed miserably and couldnt even get into ketosis. This time I'm back and better than ever.
My first day I lost 8.5 lbs. water weight I know. But it felt good!
Now I'm a full week out and I've lost 17.5 lbs! That takes me from 337.5 originally to 320! I have a few videos on youtube explaining my processes and my highs and lows. But this diet has been extremely easy for me. I have had no problems. minimal cravings. I think I got my golden chance back!
I love this forum because everyone is sooo supportive. but I wanted to let you guys know about my induction success so far. I'm shooting for 30 lbs for induction.

Thanks guys for the encouraging words! I fell off a bit during christmas but now I'm back. And so far, my total weight lost is 22.5 lbs!
And that's not even with the bit of weight I gained from christmas.
I'm excited about how easy it is for me to stay on this diet and lose weight. And my mentality has been that if I do mess up, I don't punish myself. I will just continue as if I never messed up. I won't say "Oh well..I'll just start all over again tomorrow" Life doesn't work that way. And if I want to get down to 140lbs then I can't work that way either!!

I am documenting my weight loss on youtube.
If anyone wants to check out my videos. My username is Blackbarbietea

I would be THRILLED with how much you've lost, Congrats! One thing that helps me is to get a pair of jeans that is 1-2 sizes smaller than I am at the time and hang them somewhere I can see them. That way I can visualize easily my mini goal and get to wear my incentive jeans when I reach it. I try to get a size I feel I can reach in 1-2 months so I can have a shorter term goal.
