Bell Peppers....

I was looking at the food list...are bell peppers okay on induction? It says peppers but I want to make sure. Does the color matter? I know carb count varies with color.

One medium red bell pepper cooked in olive oil should be about 6 g net carbs correct? I dont plan on eating the whole thing, maybe half with my chicken breast.

I go through about 8 red/yellow/orange peppers a week in my salads. i've had no problems with them. I don't really like green ones as I find them a little bitter and they aren't quite as healthy for you as the others. The others have a high level of liposene which is good for us. But if you enjoy them, I*'d eat them. I believe peppers are bell peppers.

Yes, bell peppers are okay. Just count your carbs (minus fiber, unless you are on the first atkins book)
