I don't remember...are pork skins allowed on Phase one?

Did Atkins several years ago and I have forgotten if pork skins are allowed or not.

I'm not sure if they are officially okay, but I have been eating them like a mad-woman and dropping weight all the same. My pee-sticks don't lie either- I'm in full fat burning mode even after consuming them.

Hope that helps!

Pork skins were allowed back in 72 by the name of Bakenettes. I don't think anything has changed.

I breaded my pork loin steaks with some the other day. YUmmy! I spread a wee bit of mayo on it then sprinkle that with onion and garlic powder , a bit of S/P, then dredge it in pork rind crumbs. I keep a jar of them already crushed and ready to use.

Start Date: May 25,2009 (again)
i have found the best seasoning ever for pork rinds and it is no carb YUMMY
Kernal Season's popcorn seasoning...the nacho cheese one. I tried the white chedar but it really doesn't have the flavor the nacho cheese one has :P

I ate them all through induction last time and they seemed to kick me right into ketosis. I bought some again today and dipped them in a small amount of guacamole. OMG heaven!!!!
