I have the same problem occasionally, and though I dont want to, I make myself eat something with protein and fat, and one serving of veggies.
If you cant manage that, be sure to drink a ton of water. More than usual.
Dont make a habit of it, because too low of calories puts your body in starvation mode, no matter how many carbs you consume.

Congrats on the 6 lbs!!

Congrats on the 6 lbs!!
Ditto what she said!

Try eating a few more carbs - make sure you are eating some veggie carbs at breakfast should help you to be hungry for lunch. If you eat no carbs it can totally remove your appetite or even get nausea.

I have a questions about your post in this thread:

I'm wondering if I'm not eating enough carbs after reading your post above because I have been nauseus and haven't felt like eating at times. Sometimes I'll thing egg, ewww, cheese, nasty and these have always been some of my favorite foods. I've on been on Atkins induction for two weeks and starting my third. I have lost about 10 pounds but I'm finding it hard now to eat some of this stuff...I'm drinking water and walking every day but the yuckiness is getting to me.

yes PLEASE eat your veggies! atkins stresses 12 - 15g carbs from veggies each day during induction. without it you will feel really crappy.

Eat something. That can be one egg or a few slices of meat...just keep the weight-loss fire stoked. The book says that you shouldn't go more than 5 or 6 hours without a meal, but you can define what that means. As someone who's done Induction more than once, I can attest to the fact that eating regularly makes a difference on the scale. All the best to you!

Although it flies in the face of conventional dietary and so-called health recommendations, a carb-restricted HIGH fat diet will produce FASTER weight loss than any other type--superior even to fasting (no calories)

So chomp away on as much fat as you can stomach, and grow thin!!!
(sorry for the double post folks, but it bears repeating!)
