Jessie -- I am right there with you. I am up about 7 pounds after about 3-4 weeks of on again/off again eating... and it is not just that I am eating carbs but I have noticed that I am eating so much MORE of everything. If I have one cookie I will eat all night until the pack is gone If I eat one helping of mashed potatoes I will get two... It is a viscious cycle. I have had the strength to break it before and I will do it again.

I did good over the weekend for the most part. Had 2 off plan meals, but amazingly never came out of Ketosis and I had a new low weight today.

My two off plan meals were 3 slices of pizza, french fries, and 1/2 a Reese's Blast on Thursday night and then on Saturday I had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Fries from Wendys. I also drank heavily Friday night (Vodka & Crystal Light). I'm surprised that my ketostix never showed me out of ketosis.

I did awful!! All weekend! LOL I ate badly everyday. Well not all day everyday, but at least one bad meal and some candy.. LOL I am extra squishy and YUCK feeling today....still. LOL
Enough of the crap! Clean eats for me for 2 weeks straight! No looking back!

I am obsessing over the scale recently, I weigh myself several times a day and i just don't know if I can stop. Do you guys have something that keeps you from obsessing?

just do it once a day - remember as you eat and drink during the day, PLUS with your clothes on, your weight WILL go up. For instance: Scale said 232 last night, this morning, it was 228. just do it IN the morning, without shoes on.

I am the other way around with the scale! I have anxiety about it. Just looking at it freaks me out! I have to have perfect conditions. Skinny day, fasted, and emptied.. LOL TMI
Every time I weigh, about twice a week, I have to build up the strength to strip and step on. I dont even know why. It always says the same round about numbers.

yep exactly... that way you know what you truly weigh, and not what all the food, drink, clothes, etc weigh, lol

I am trying to kick the scale habbit, for now I am just weighing myself 2x a day, the night weigh in is always 4lbs more than what I weigh in the A.M, so i get to know what I will weigh before I go to bed...but I know I am still obsessing about it. Not too long ago I almost forgot to weigh in. I think I am focusing on numbers too hard.

I had the most wonderful Fajitas today, last time I was there (about 10 weeks ago) I could not pass up on the beans and rice, this time I told the waiter to not even bring them out, so I am a little proud of myself today.

Good for you on passing up the beans and rice! I find the hardest thing for me to say no to at a Mexican restaurant is the chips and salsa .... I have learned to ignore it --- but I swear it is like the chips sit there and taunt me through the entire dinner!

Noir, Yah for you passing up the rice and bean! They are good huh!!?? Im happy you were able to wake up and feel good about your choices. That is such a great feeling. I have been having Regrets most mornings during this last week. I NEED TO SHAPE UP! Today is it! No cheats!

Tara~ Oh my gosh right! Those chips and salsa are terrible. They sit there and lie to you... telling you how good they are.. "one little bite wont hurt" yeah right.. On little bite leads to an empty bowl IMO! Especially if a Margarita is involved! I finally had one on July 4th. Its been a long time since. SO GOOD! On the Border has Low cal ones now, they are smaller, and not that good... After discussing this with the waitress I decided to have a normal one.

Hi CAT!! I haven't seen you in such a long time! How are you!! Im here.. I stop by in the mornings, this thread is "home" to me I usually have been posting in the muscle matters section, I have been since January. I know right.. Why do we do that to ourselves! I hate the feeling I have when I wake up the next morning.. Then it all sinks in. Im disappointed in myself, I'm mad at how my clothes fit, and I feel like crap. DH decided to diet, so its been easier for me to eat better.. but then He went off this diet this week and it SUCKS! "ok lets have some more chips and beer, candy and ice cream" UGH!! Make it stop! LOL
Deffinetly OP for the rest of the week! That should fix all cravings, and I should be down to my low wt.

Hi everyone. First time I have been on in awhile as well. I am ashamed to admit that I have gained back about 15 pounds of the weight I lost. I am going to the grocery store on Thursday and plan to start induction again on Friday. Anyone want to join me in starting over???

Hello Alan, I'm soo happy to meet a wonderful person like you. Why don't you tell me what your daily diet is like. Do you find it difficult to eat when there are such loud echoes through the hallways where once low carbers played.
