soap hippie. I get all my carbs from the original sources. I do on occasion have lc wraps and I count total carbs from everything. I was pretty much by the book when I did atkins. All my meals are very organic and natural.

I don't really count things since I eat once a day, but I stick to the rules...except I eat a little more than the allotted amount of cheese.

You only eat once a day?? I remember when I was doing Atkins I would always forget to eat.. Never hungry. Once you hit ketosis its smooth sailing. I could go wild on cheese too! It so good! Pepper jack cheese... YUM!

One thing I don't like about Atkins is that I can't really enjoy farmers markets anymore. All they sell is fruit, honey, kettle corn, and other things that you should not eat. It sucks because there is a farmers market around the corner from here and I really want to go, but I do not need the temptation.

Oh boy, that would be tough! I love all the things mentioned, and I eat all the things mentioned... except Kettle corn, that one isn't on my plan

Right now I am really big into grilled chicken salads. I use that McCormick seasonings packets and sprinkle the meat with that. I switch my meats up quite a bit too. Use different types of meat in stri frys, casseroles, bakes, crockpots.
Have you ever made those Oopsie rolls? They are great. I used to always get a baconator from Wendys, toss the bun and put the hamburger on the oppsie rolls. THAT was my favorite when I was doing LC.

Thanks so much, I use to make oopsi rolls all the time, but I have been lazy here recently. A oopsie sandwich sounds great! I think I will make them for dinner tonight.

Today I got in the mail my Dixie carb counters Caramel overload brownie mix, I am so excited! I am going to bake them up this Saturday and see how they come out. I am really hoping they will be good, it is nice to have a little treat now and then.

Hi Jessie~ Yikes! Most of that IS water weight, easy come easy go. You'll get your weight back before you know it! You can do it! NO CHEATS! Thats hard isn't it. Staying prepared is so important.
I have issues too... I have to hid snacks from me, but then I figure it out.. Then I just have to throw it away, or destroy it in the sink disposal.. The things we gotta do to stay OP!
