Hi everyone!! Sorry I've been MIA lately. My life has been in crazy lately, and not so much in a good way.., that would be in a thread by its self..
My uncle lost his battle with Cancer on Wednesday. I have been very sad with that. Luckily we are super busy at work today..

I have signed up with an online trainer.. There is a figure competition in October that I am debating on competeing for.. Im having such a hard time getting back my mojo.. After bfl was over, i felt lost for some stupid reason.. I have been nailing all my workouts, but my nutrition is lagging. Today is the day though! 100% Adherance, No excuses! Right!

Good morning everyone! Well my mini-vacation was fun and relaxing ... but was not conducive to dieting and I am up 2 pounds ... current weight 172.2. Honestly, I thought it would likely be more. I broke in the new bathing suit and was not really even self conscious in it so all in all I guess it was a good weekend.

I am going to try to get my water in, but I am going to be on the road again for the next couple of days for work, so not sure how good I will be. Then next weekend I am having a second mini-vacation and am going to stay with my sister at her bay house for the weekend. While I am looking forward to the get-away, I have found that it is much harder to stay OP for me while I am traveling.

Jami, glad to see you are posting again! I missed you!

Alan, Peachie, Miss G, Lizzie, and all others -- thank you for the support. These past couple of months have been very trying for me to say the least... right now is no exception. As many of you have heard me say before, I tend to use food as my "comfort" thing and I am finding myself doing that now as well -- despite my best intentions. So I am truyly greatful to have my LC friends to help me on this journey.

Hi Tara! Good to see you too!! I have been so busy lately.. and I also discovered that I have been spending way to many hours on the computer everyday.. I wasn't getting things done that I needed. So, I put myself on a time restraint. When I get on the computer, I just make a few posts, in a few places, and call it quits before I get all wrapped up in it.
I do miss chatting with everyone, and I miss out on things, but.. Im now getting things on my task list done before everyone gets home.
Im glad you had a good time on your mini vaca! I bet you looked awesome in your bathing suit! Have you taken an pics lately?
You are so right about having such great support on here. Since I haven't been posting much lately, my motivation is lagging.. Its harder to say on plan everyday, and instead of my one meal cheat for the week, it turns out to be 3 cheats.. Oh, well. I am still working out.. and eating fairly good..
I started my next body for life challenge on May 17th.. it will be done in August. This one isn't official like the last, but its something with a start and finish line.. and I need that.

OK Ammie -- I did stay OP yesterday AND had 4 things of water which is a lot for me! I know I need to start drinking more -- it is just yucky! lol.

I've even finally gone and forked out a small fortune to get a decent laptop so I can keep in contact. Should be arriving Monday.

Hi everyone! Wish I could be more active on here like before, but between working childcare PT at a health club (free membership! + get to bring DS), PT temp work for a gold mine I used to work for that asked me to come help out with a few things, and PT massage, plus being a Mom to a 2YO, life is crazy! Not to mention marital problems on top of it (TMI & Off topic) which we're going to counseling for, going beyond my regular email checks can be few and far. Oh, did I mention I'm also an online administrator for a massage school? lol...ahhh! I did manage to get in an hour of rollerblading while pushing the stroller today...it's been insanely hot here for a while..high 70s. I'm on plan about 80%. I have a cheat day once/wk which usually bumps me up to 141, and by the next cheat day I'm down to 138, then the cycle begins again. Likes to settle around these #s, but I'm determined to try to start remembering how crappy I feel after the "cheats" so I can break through the 130s again. Drinking my HWC lattes, lots of chicken salads, steaks, sausage & stuffed peppers! I've been reallllly wanting to add a bit more carbs into my diet for more fuel when doing resistance training, but my skin breaks out so bad now when I do...I'd rather have the clear skin. Well gotta get...house/pet sitting right now 4 dogs, 2 cats & two fish tanks. Potty time! Everyone post how they've been doing so I can at least read and comment!

Yup! Thanks. =) How are you doing?
Today I've had so far:
6oz HWC latte w/ SF caramel
1 string cheese
1 bacon ranch grilled chicken salad from McD's

Not sure what's on the menu for dinner...maybe Linda Sue's enchilada bake? Craving crab right now...hmmmm...going to Costco in a bit, so will figure it out!

Good morning everyone! I have been MIA and totally off plan for yet another weekend (sigh)...Weighed this morning and am back up to 170.8 so I will definitely be back on track starting now. My daughter is getting married and we spent a good part of the weekend doing wedding plans (bought her dress and some other stuff). I only have about 4 weeks to throw a wedding together.

Anyway, I will be trying to stay on plan ... but know I will have some cheat days coming over the next couple of months. I am not going to beat myself up over them. Instead, I am just going to try to at least maintain at my current weight and when all the drama is over, go back to trying to lose this next 30.

Hi Tara! WOW, your cheat high weight is a new low!! LOL Good job! You are just trucking along!! I have been cheating a lot too! Surprisingly I haven't had any gains. My biggest problem has been BEER!! Of all things! Why beer??! All of a sudden it tastes so good!
I have been kicking myself in the butt too.. It does suck, and it makes you feel bad about yourself. BUT, it WILL be ok. You'll get back on track just fine, and you'll get that last 30lb off just fine.
