LUV maters w/my Brekkers. I cut a mater in half, usually a Roma or a smaller mater, then, add salt/pepper/Basil/parmesan and Nuke it until cheese is melted (45sec or so).

that was my supper tonight, it was a antipasta really.. a ceasar salad with no carb ceaser dressing, roma lettuce with mixed fresh spring lettuce, and topped with green onion ends.... Then i had green and black olives and cubed jack cheese. the meat was low to no carb Pastrami and I cant remember the other one. It was sooo good

I don't know what it is about this particular meal - I don't even care for bleu cheese - but it just jumps out at me as a perfect example of how much lc rocks. Almost everything on that plate is decadent and "naughty" yet not only is it all healthy and diet friendly but it's INDUCTION diet friendly! The equivalent of the traditional diet's plain skinless chicken breast, plain baked potato with Molly McButter fake powdered "butter", and a salad with fat free dressing and no cheese.

Something about the two slices of melted cheese, gorgeous bacon, and gobs of bleu cheese on the plate being so innocently naughty looking but NOT makes me smile

1/4lb Angus patty topped with 2 fried eggs (I cut most of the whites off because I hate eggs whites) 3 green onions, sauteed brussels sprout shreds and pile o' bacon.

This is my second day on the Induction phase and I was really craving something like a smothered hamburger. I sauteed onions, spinach and mushrooms in a little oil and topped it with 2 turkey patty's with pepper jack cheese. I topped that with tomato slices and raw onion with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top. It was fabulous and easy to make! This is definitely a do-over!
