Thank you for the sweet words. I was eating a ton of egg salad. Now I'm eating a ton of chili. I go through phases. I'll put the egg salad recipe together. It didn't occur to me to do that. Then again, I'm the one who parks in front of my own house and wonders who's blocking my mailbox.

I hate tuna but that looks inviting! I did retry canned tuna and it wasnt as bad as I remembered, one of you girls I think had a LC French Onion soup recipe, man I never knew how easy that was to make, I took onions and sauteed in butter added boullion and water and rosemary and tyme and then gruyere cheese OMG it was so good!!!!

![]() I add cream cheese, mayo, red onion and buffalo sauce to my tuna. Sounds weird but its good! Kind of like buffalo chicken dip, only with tuna. Sorry I haven't posted any food porn pics i've been soooo busy! But I have been cooking and taking pictures for later when I have a little more free time. ![]() |

Need tomato soup recipe, I almost died when I saw how many carbs was in Campbells soup, OMG I love that with a sleeve of saltines, so wonder I weighed over 350.
Agua- thanks for the French onion, I knew I read it but didn't have the recipe, I will check your site! |

I have 2 Tomato soup recipes:
L/C Tomato Soup Dottie's 2Tsp Tom paste 2 cups of H20 2Tsp HWC 1/4tsp salt I add some splenda to it and other things. Like, chopped spinach, shrooms, jalapenos and top w/Swiss cheese. Then, Nuke it until cheese is all melted. TOMATO SOUP (LIKE CAMPBELLS) 8 oz can tomato sauce (plain, like Hunt's) 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1 pkg splenda Mix together in saucepan, heat and serve Serves 2 @ 7 carb, 1 fiber (6 NET), 31 cal, 11 fat, 2 protein This really did taste like Campbells - I added a little shredded cauliflower for "tomato rice" You can add more water to make it more L/C and add more Cream. You can have your Tomato soup and a grilled cheese sammie using that 1MM (Flax meal bread) recipe.

Life would be so much easier if you all came to live with me. You make low carb look so delicious! Well, it is delicious as is, but it can be boring. You girls make it FUN to eat it! I love it.
I used to love cooking. Don't know what happened. I got lazy I guess. LOL. Now I get my fix through your food porn. Heehee So thanks for all your porn!! Its appreciated and LOVED. ![]() |

Patricia,
Which one of those recipes for the tomato soup did you use in your picture? I'm going to try the second one, I think. They both sound so easy! Thank you all for all these great recipes! ![]() |
